We continue to stay at this property because everything they do is done well! It’s clean with friendly staff. The room is quiet in part due to quiet hours being enforced. The bed is comfy and the bedding superior to the hotels nearby. Breakfast is fine with a pleasant sitting area. Shuttle service is also available within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. The location works well for us and parking is a breeze.

Best location for staying in Madison. We had a view of the beautiful Capitol building. Easy access to the university, shops, restaurants and Saturday morning farmers' market. Hotel is very nice, clean, spacious rooms. Staff was very cordial and efficient. They also provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very convenient. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

The hotel appeared nice but our room was disappointing. The carpet was stained and looked dirty.

I came out there over the weekend to celebrate my son's birthday but they ended up getting sick because of the third hands smoke that comes out of the building to the lobby through the elevators and it almost sticks to your clothes. It says it's supposed to be smoke-free but it isn't everything is contaminated with smoke and now my kids are sick and we weren't able to enjoy the water park. We pretty much stayed in our room and our air conditioner broke luckily they gave us another room. The Wi-Fi connection was bad the whole time we were there. It also says kids eat free but we had to pay for our kids and they are 4 years old. The workers were okay but most of them smell like cigarette smoke as well as the guest that smoked right in front of the building and you can smell it through the bar and other levels of the hotel. I really thought it was a smoke-free environment and people should have to follow the rules and go 25 ft. I really hope you guys do something about that cigarette smell because not everybody smokes and that's the only thing that ruined the weekend. Other than that it was a okay stay I wish I can come back again but I would not like to deal with the smell of smoke. I can still smell all my skin and everything that I brung into the hotel to my car.

Nice king room.

Our hotel room was clean, basic. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent. The service from the woman at the front desk was great. Really enjoyed the breakfast food choices-scrambed eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, yogurt, etc. The man servicing the breakfast was so fun, singing Christmas carols at 7 am.
