Hotelnya baguuuzzss, enak, nyaman, pelayanan juga bagus, ramah2 pegawai nya. Suasananya kayak dj pedesaan yg alami dan tenang. Saya menginap di hari biasa (weekday) jadi sangat2 nyaman, sepi, dan tenang. Bawa anak kecil usia 2 th, enak aja. Cuman kekurangannya Tidak ada air panas utk tipe kamar yg saya pilih. Tapi so far so good kok. Saya menginap 2 malam. Karna saya suka kebersihan, saya pinjam sapu utk saya bawa ke kamar (Karna saya kurang nyaman kalo kamar saya si bersihin org lain, dirumah pun juga begitu). Dan di bolehin sama pegawai nya 😊👍🏻. Baik2 dan ramah. Pokoknya Kalo ke madiun lagi pengen menginap di Kali catur resort lagi. Thank u yaa, saya senang sekali menginap di sini. Kolam renang nya bagus. Tenang, kayak lagi renang di desa 👍🏻🥰

I have the pleasure staying at Amaris Hotel Ponorogo. The most strategic and convenient hotel to stay. In the building that include supermarket, shopping area, restaurant, cafe, cinema, kids zone and even District Civil Office. Other government offices such as Immigration, Religious Court and High Court it’s just nearby. Everywhere around it’s just reachable from the hotel. The hotel room is clean and tidy. Free WiFi access throughout the property it’s really perfect for especially like me can’t use local data except only for WiFi so it’s really safe a lots of my data roaming. The water pressure is perfect with hot water, the AC and TV all is works perfectly. The breakfast is always fresh made in the morning with a lots of choice of foods and drinks, oh not to forget to try PUKIS …is one of my favorite breakfast with tea or coffee in the morning for me. Super yummy!! Overall is all excellent. I want to thanks all of you for your hospitality from the manager, front office, security and housekeeping. I can’t mentioning all the names as it will be too long list 🙏🏼 😆 I’m greatly appreciate of the assistance during my stay of two months (on & off). They have been very responsive, helpful with all my requests and professionally friendly and that makes my stay comfortable, easy, make me feel always welcome. I’m looking forward for my next visit and to meet all of them again 🙏🏼

PPengguna TetamuLocated at the center of the city, both process check in and check out was ver smooth and fast. No hassle at all. One thing to improve at this segment is they did confirmation and confirmation again regarding to online reservation conducted by direct booking to the hotel. Across the stay it advertised of the free cofee and even the frontline said the coffee is free. But as we checked out at 07.00 the coffee was not ready yet not even sure how long does it will be have ready. No intention to pursue the serving. I would suggest, do not offer the free coffee if you not intended to. I prefer to pay instead of additional value added but at no value. At least to my experience. Shower handled need to clean as many of water stain heavily remain at all handles. Water pressure are enough as well as amenities as requested. But the towel seems too old to served. The smell had its strong bleach liquid. Better to add on fregrance on the surface before preserved for the customers. Overall room cleanliness was ok, quite comfortable bed and pillow. I had a good sleep so far. Parking has no ticket and control. Hopefully the security will secure all the motor vehicles parking at the hotel premises very well. They have a bunch slot for parking. And if you order food or having someone sending you stuff, they will put at security lot in front of the hotel. I stayed at this hotel due to a transit pit stop across the roadtrip and not many option of hotel chain or local hotel in Madiun. I would rate Aston in Madiun as 3.7 instead of 4 stars. They just renovate the lobby anyway.

PPengguna TetamuWe stop by to have a good rest during our travel from Bali to Jakarta. Found a good deal in traveloka and decided to choose this hotel over Aston chain where we usually stay. The location in city center only 10 minutes from toll exit, surrounded by many restaurants and top rated food seller, very convenient to buy meals or oleh-oleh. Check in is efficient and health protocol is superb. They put scan of peduli lindungi in the entrance, sealed towel, disposable paper glass and sealed sandals. Double bed is king size so three of us (two adults and one 8 y.o) can sleep comfortably. The room is super clean with complete toiletries, hot and cold shower, complimentary water bottles, aircon, cable TV and breakfast. We ask the staffs to pack our breakfast in the morning and they come (very fast) with decent quantity and tasty packs. We got nasi, kwetiaw, two pcs of chicken, omelette, veggies and additional two water bottles. Usually we only received nasi, one piece of chicken or egg and sides (tempe/tahu) in the same level of hotel. Another thing caught our heart is the service and hospitality from staffs. When we arrived, the security immediately came and help to park the car and bring our luggage. The receptionist and other staffs we met in the corridor and throughout the facility, all with smiles and greetings. I would say this level of service and hospitality are on the top notched and never I expect from the 2 stars hotel. This one night stay is very memorable and impressed, BIG thanks!!!
