Ubicazione ideale molto centrale, hotel in ottime condizioni, dovrebbero solo rivedere i materassi sia del letto matrimoniale che del divano letto non comodi e non attuali

Just spend our skiing vacation at the Alpen Suite Hotel. Two families! Staff at this hotel are just absolutely amazing- thanks to everyone for making our stay so pleasant! Rooms are big and nicely decorated. Breakfast is very good - and again - breakfast staff were smiling and helpful! Transfer to skiing lifts works perfectly. Have only good things to say about this place!

Our family spent a wonderful week in the Alpen Suite Hotel, looked after expertly by Marco and his team. The hotel was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the restaurant was excellent - we stayed half board and enjoyed every meal. The hotel ski bus facility was extremely useful and was always with us within minutes of calling for collection. The village of Madonna is picture-perfect and we all enjoyed our first time skiing. All in all, we loved our holiday and will look forward to returning next year, as this is a perfect spot for a family with young children. Grazie mille!

We stayed for a week, 3 families. 6 adults and 6 kids. Fantastic skiing, fantastic weather and fantastic hotel. Very nice service with the skibus transporting us to the mountain in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon. Very nice rooms perfect for a family of four. Large meny with lots of foods to choose from every evening. The staff has served us and have done everything possible to please us. The hotel manager has been over the top and also solved all of our demands. If you’re looking for a place with high standards and very serviceminded staff, this is the place.

Stayed here for 6 nights at the end of March. Had a great stay. The room was very nice (the pictures don't do it justice) and the skiing was great too, despite it being late in the season. I'm usually more of a fan of ski-in/ ski-out hotels, but here there is a shuttle service so you can start and finish on any pistes/ lifts you want. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly, and the restaurant is very good indeed (& for what it is, more than reasonably priced). I'd consider taking the half board in the future as I ended up eating in the hotel most evenings and it's a bit of a walk to other restaurants in town (10-15m or so) and its cozier staying in hotel. Everything is quite elegant and old school which is a nice change from the sterile feel you get at most corporate hotels like the Four Seasons these days. Spa was nice (sure, no Chedi but then you're paying 10x less in ADR here), although because the hotel has lower occupancy some days things like the Sauna seemed to not be turned on. Really nice stay and would highly recommend.

Abbiamo usufruito della spa dell’hotel Alpen Suite come ospiti esterni. Il centro benessere è dotato di zona piscina con parte idro massaggio ed in una zona a parte la piccola chicca: l’Alpen Green spa, intima ed accogliente! Ottima per passare un pomeriggio rilassante mentre fuori nevica! Al temine della spa mi sono concessa anche un trattamento viso idratante con Raffaella, spa manager, che con la sua eleganza dispensa consigli sul benessere e la cura di noi donne! E’ stata veramente una coccola e farò tesoro dei suggerimenti dati ☺️ Lo consiglio assolutamente per chi cerca un momento di relax! Grazie mille!

Siamo già clienti del Riviera Golf Resort, altra struttura in gestita dalla stessa società. Abbiamo ritrovato il calore e la cordialità romagnola anche qui in alta quota! Struttura meravigliosa, camere molto ampie e personale estremamente gentile e professionale. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. Servizio da 5 stelle! Consigliatissimo

La stanza era grande , pulitissima ,enorme, spazi simili sono difficili da trovare in Italia in montagna a mio avviso. Personale davvero molto disponibile ed attento durante tutta la nostra permanenza. Colazione varia ed abbondante. La spa e’ carina, la piscina più grande di quanto appaia in foto.
