Not good or bad. Not quite value for money.

It's a fantastic classic executive room, with fountain view. Large space, excellent decor...love it very much. And having breakfast in such a glamour rest. Absolutely will recomend to my friends

馬德里威斯汀皇宮酒店位於馬德里市中心，地理位置優越，交通便利。入住該酒店的體驗非常愉快。首先，酒店的服務非常周到，員工禮貌友好，提供了優質的服務。其次，酒店的設施非常豪華，房間寬敞舒適，裝飾典雅，讓人感到賓至如歸。酒店內的餐飲服務也很出色，提供了各種美食選擇，品質上乘。此外，酒店還設有健身房、游泳池等休閑設施，讓客人可以盡情放鬆身心。總體而言，入住馬德里威斯汀皇宮酒店是一次愉快的體驗，我會向朋友們推薦這家酒店。

設施：酒店稍微有一點老了 但是整體來説還不錯 衞生：還可以 但是燈光有一點暗 環境：位置很好 就在市中心 服務：服務也可以 寄存也很安全。

這個品牌和價格，做得好才是及格！但是，浴室竟然沒有門，一洗澡就滿屋子水；衣櫃關上了裏面的燈莫名其會開，所以一整晚都伴着燈光睡覺……

服務態度好，但入住的房間同樓層有客房在重新裝修中，噪音大，氣味大，灰塵大。跟國內的威斯汀酒店比體驗感差多了。

酒店位置很好，百年建築，值得推薦

酒店位置非常好，早餐也很好，服務人員也很用心，有時雖然有點小粗心但也可以原諒的，總體滿意的。

總體感覺很差，酒店比較老，上下很多台階，也沒人幫助搬一下行李箱。房間內熱水壺都沒有，要電話去借。第二天收拾房間又收走了，再借。房間隔音也不好，龍頭漏水。早餐更糟，簡直就沒啥吃的。
