Hotel and Service in general was good. But when ordering the airport shuttle for 4:30, I was told “no problem” I was in front of the hotel 4:29, no bus, I asked the receptionist at 4:32, she said “I will call the driver” At 4:40 the bus arrives, telling me that will drive at 5am and that they left at 4:30 - I wasn’t there. It’s absolutely impossible to go to the airport and come back within 10min, so the driver lied straight into my face. I had no time to argue at the reception, so I took a taxi instead. Why are you ruining the experience at your hotel which such behavior? Would have been a 4-5 otherwise.

There aren’t many things in this hotel, one bar of soap and mixed body and shampoo liquid, the bed was comfy and the room spacious, the breakfast wasn’t bad either, a good choice if you need to stay close to the airport.

Hotel is very close to airport and they have free shuttle service.

It is an ideal hotel for travelers in transit, as it is very close to the airport and the airport transportation service is excellent. The hotel does not have a gym or swimming pool or other similar amenities, only some rooms to sit and talk or work. The breakfast is very good and there are some fast food restaurants just a couple of blocks away, there is also a Mall about 10 minutes walk away. The attention at the front desk can improve, there is one girl in particular who can improve her attitude towards customers.

The hotel is not bad. It took me a while to find the hotel. It was a bit embarrassing that I went to the wrong two places. The breakfast was good, and there was also an airport drop-off service. I was dropped off at the station early in the morning. It was worth staying!

It's a little confusing with the building next door, but it's clean and nice.

Excellent transfer service from such airport, complete and varied buffet breakfast, spacious and clean room, pleasant and professional staff, located a few minutes from the Plenilunio shopping center, we will return without hesitation to enjoy this great hotel

very modern, quiet and efficient...airport transfer as well. maybe a bit too efficient and not cosy...but definitely good for overnight stays at Madrid airport, just not much fun!

The hotel, room, and breakfast were very good. But the advertised free shuttle from the airport was a disaster as it took nearly an hour and half for the bus to show up even after multiple calls to the hotel front desk who kept saying it will be there in 5 minutes. It was raining and 4 degrees outside. Then, the guy at the front desk wanted to charge me again for the rook when I had already paid in advance. Either offer shuttle service that can provide service to guests or just don't offer it. Need to train the front desk staff better.
