Convenient and quiet location. Close to several metro stations. Great value for money !

This place was great. Great value for solo travel. On the one night I stayed there was unfortunately a drunk man yelling in the hallway, but my best guess is that is a rare occurence. Otherwise, the food was good and the room had all of the basic necessities. Very convenient for a quick stopover on the way to another city. Kudos to all of the young people staying there who were very respectful and quiet even on the rooftop in the evening.

Had a great weekend stay here w/ my gf.
It's a dormitory so the vibe was cool. The room is a set-up for a student so only one bed side table - not a huge deal but nice for both people to have a place for their morning coffee. Also, the wi-fi was tricky - we were only able to connect for one day. The service was provided by the security guards - very sweet but not informed of all the amenities eg pool hours, etc. and no dish soap provided so we used the shampoo in the room to wash cups/mugs. Overall, a great stay and would return. And location was nice - tree-lined, near the bus/metro and super convenient to get to the airport.

Yeah it's basically a student hostel / dorm. But that's ok. I paid for the top level room "Executive Suite with Terrace" and it was still half the price of the nearby hotels. Cons: - If you're over 30 you will feel like a dinosaur - No alcohol allowed in building - they will yell at you if they see you bringing back a beer to have in your room. - The rooms definitely feel like they were furnished for absolutely zero euros. They still manage to be comfortable, but they're not pretty and everything feels cheap. Pros: - Very casual - Very good value for money - Free small breakfast - Rolling blackout shutters on the room and good sound isolation makes for easy sleeping - Friendly staff - Kitchenette in room (at executive studio level) - Great little roof terrace and, if you upgrade, private terrace on the room. Young solo travelers and couples - especially if you speak Spanish - should definitely check it out.

Kind advice, there are many places in Madrid dont go to that one, you feel like straight from Monty Python sketch. We got stay with breakfast when we arrived they told us there's no breakfast but they don't know why, in the morning we went down and it turned out there was breakfast but of course we missed it. The reception couldn't explain, they also didn't know where's parking. We booked this place because of pool, pool was closed suddenly, reception couldn't explain that either. It seems that staff is from another dimension here. Room is dirty, fridge smells like corpse, terrace is a mess, I don't i have a single good thing to say about this stay. I suggest you avoid it all cost!!!!

Really nice student residence. I wish they had these in Canada! Great spot. Nice location. Really helpful, friendly, and nice staff who provided excellent customer service. Huge thanks to them! Rooms are nice. Nice a/c too.
