Fantastic hotel! About 20-30 mins from the centre, but good metro connection. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Good location for airport. Would come again!

雖然房間稍微小了一點，但是非常乾淨，服務人員的態度都很友善，早餐15歐+10%很好吃，到早上10點半，去市區有點距離但是整體來說我還是覺得這間飯店很舒適，市區的飯店說不定會很吵，我們住宿期間都很安靜（週末）。

Nice boutique hotel! Charming and clean. Great staff that are willing to go beyond. Minor reservations are a limited breakfast for the price, and the location itself being far from the metro and public transportation.

Loved this hotel, quiet luxury near the airport. Very nice boutique hotel with high quality furnishings, amenities, lush grounds and about 15 min drive to airport. (Downtown sights was about a half hour drive.) We stayed here before we flew out and being close to the airport was a priority. We did take a taxi to see the Palace and some sites. Staff was very professional, friendly and most spoke at least some English. Loved the history of the hotel, very relaxing stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

We booked the suite for some family members who were our guests in Madrid. We explicitly told the concierge person we didn’t want to have our guests charged with anything. Upon check out our guests were charged with more than 200 euros of breakfast (which no one told us or the guests it was not included). When we pointed the whole situation out to the concierge person, he treated us in a dismissive way and did not even apologize. We do not recommend this hotel and will not be back.

This hotel offers outstanding customer throughout, with a high level of attention to detail throughout. Staff are extremely friendly and professional, and always looking for an opportunity to help. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but within easy reach of the centre of Madrid. Rooms are tastefully decorated and cleaned to a very high standard, with high quality bedding, and very quiet for sleeping. The food in the restaurant is of a very high standard and quality. The hotel is beautiful and I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommended.

I regard myself as a kind of Faded Glory fan...I am always looking for European hotels as they USED to be, before globalization took over...I try to avoid hotels where every room looks exactly as if it might be...This hotel is the former residence of a member of the Spanish aristocracy. But the conversion to a hotel has been very fortuitous. The bar actually resembles a hotel bar in a 1930s film;; the gardens are delightful and somewhat formal. The rooms are excellent--LOTS of pillows, modern up to date bathrooms, AND a closet with built in drawers for your underwear and socks. May I also mention the staff...very friendly and ready to help at all times. The hotel is a bit distant from the city center, but a mere 400 meters to the 70 or 11 buses, and if one is a bit more ambitious, 800 meters to the Arturo Soria metro station, which gets you to the Puerta del Sol (changing once) with no delay (unlike the buses, always subject to the famous Madrid traffic) The hotel is located in an elegant residential neighborhood. . I might also mention that the rates charged in this hotel are considerably less than most of the hotels in the city center.

Tengo el agrado de comunicar que el hotel Quinta de los Cedros es un lugar especial. Donde se puede disfrutar de instalaciones clásicas, amplias, tranquilas con espacios verdes en medio de Madrid.  Posee un restaurante que me ha sorprendido gratamente por su calidad y servicio. Pero, por sobre todas las cosas, el plantel de todo el hotel se destaca por su calidad, amabilidad, educación y respeto.  Cosas que hoy en día, por desgracia, se están perdiendo. Recomiendo absolutamente este hotel.

Celebramos allí nuestra pequeña boda familiar. Todo un acierto y un gran descubrimiento...Un sitio mágico en Madrid. Todo fantástico, desde la organización previa por parte del equipo (Diego, Paula, Carlos y el resto), vuestra amabilidad, las recomendaciones de menús, la comida, el entorno, el sitio, la atención, el estar pendiente de los pequeños detalles, el estar presentes para que todo se desarrollara de maravilla, el permitirnos incorporar nuestro show de Impro, no hay suficientes halagos ni palabras para describir lo mágico que resultó el día, lo que disfrutamos por todo. ¡'Gracias! Por su buen hacer de las cosas, por dejarnos un recuerdo tan mágico, por la comida exquisita, por sus detalles, por su equipo de profesionales, por su perfecta organización y su trato, por hacer de esta pequeña celebración personal una delicia, un recuerdo maravilloso. El sitio realmente te transporta y todo lo demás (el personal, la comida, los detalles) hacen el resto. Sin duda, lo recomendaría para cualquier celebración no muy numerosa o para simplemente disfrutar de su menú, de sus habitaciones, del lugar...
