I traveled to Madrid by myself. It's quite far from the city center, so I specifically booked it close to the airport for convenience. I spent my days sightseeing and shopping in the city, only returning to the hotel at night. The room was very spacious, but a bit old-fashioned. I'd recommend it if you're catching a flight, but if not, I'd suggest staying in the city center.

Facilities: There's a small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Cleanliness: Not clean. Pillows and sheets smelled, and the sofa bed was caved in. Environment: There's a pool, and rooms facing the street are quite noisy. Service: The sofa bed wasn't opened for us; we had to do it ourselves.

Cleanliness: Very clean, just a bit old-fashioned in terms of facilities. Environment: It's pretty quiet on weekends, and there's a large mall nearby for dining and shopping needs. The highlight is their breakfast, which is very affordable and offers great value for money, but you need to book it when you reserve your room.

We as a family 2+1 (4 yrs old) missed nothing. Good rooms for the price, sufficiently equipped kitchen for 1-2 nights. I liked the vending machines where you can get coffee, water or a sandwich. If you need more there is a Shell petrol station 5 min away by walk or a huge mall (Plenilunio) with a Mercadona supermarket and many food spots. Good option for transit passengers travelling via Barajas airport in Madrid, better option than some run-down places in the Barajas district next to the airport IMO, although it would be great to have some kind of airport transfer organized by the hotel for an extra fee. If there is one, I was not informed by any means. There is no real direct connection from/to the airport. From the airport cost us 15 EUR with Uber. To the airport it was 8 EUR. Remark/what can be done better: Cafeteria personel did not understand a basic order in English for "black tea". I mean this was absolutely not a sophisticated order.

Clean, clise to airport, spacious, quiet. Perfect for overnight early morning flights. Could have used dish soap/sponge, would have done the dishes instead of leaving for housekeeping.

The hotel was clean and in a very quite environment. I enjoyed my stay there.

The location is fantastic, with all the attractions nearby. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended! I traveled with my parents this time, and this hotel was perfect, truly excellent!!
