rack was broken from check in. sink plug control also. i told the staff from first day. second day they haven't fix it. then i told the staff again. thrid day,finally it was fixed. it is very unbelievable. this hotel locate at hill road. please consider it before you book.

Amazing hotel for coworking or remote working. Amenities such a comunal kitchen, laundry, pool, private cabins, gym… great experience

The hotel is nicely located, you can access the heart of the city by foot quite easily. Other than that, I felt like it was way overrated. The bed is large and comfortable but the room is small, the bathroom is like a leaking closet, there is a tiny window with views over the reception and the bar area which means you have absolutely no privacy if the black curtains are not closed. You hear the plumbing very loudly every time someone is using the flush in their room and you hear everything that is happening in the doorway. The electric plugs are out of their socket, the thing to hang your wet towels are broken and falling down every time you're putting your towel. For a 150€/night room, it felt like a scam as everything is very cheap quality. The worst part was the breakfast. 23€ if you pay the same day, 19,50€ if you book the day before. Guys, it's not worth your money ! It's ultra cheap quality. Something you can expect when you pay 10€ but definitely not more than 20€ ! You cannot even order freshly made eggs. It's all industrial products, very low quality and quite frankly not good (the fried potatoes are horrible). No fresh fruit juice, cold cuts are a disgrace for Spain. Nice gym. Small but well equipped. I haven't seen the pool. So yes the hotel looks good from the outside and the inside but I'm expecting they attract people with that, selling themselves as a hip and cool place but charging you way more than the low quality of what they are truly selling. I will not come back for this price.

Single economy room was small but sufficient. Really enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff.

All good as only one night but pool small and rooftop bar being renovated so couldn’t use Condoms by bed a bit in appropriate as was travelling with ten year old son

I really like the location of the hotel.It's very friendly very near to the main attractions of the city. I like the food which is available there in the drinks that are freshly made and served. The hotel rooms are very clean and it is all well maintained. There's always someone available at the reception. It is like 24 hours availability. For any person, so in case of anything, you can just go in, check with them

Good location, close to the shopping mall and good restaurants near-by. Not enough reception staff. Every time when contact, we had to wait for a long time.

Great location, fast wi-fi, comfortable bed. Laundry room was a really nice bonus. As for the downsides... On the first day people kept entering my room with their keycards, and not all of them were hotel workers, which was creepy. One night some neighbours were **********. Good for them, not so good for my sleep — so the soundproofing could be better. And I also got allergic to the shower gel which never happened before. So it really was a 50/50 experience

The room was very spacious, but the lighting was a bit dim. The cleanliness was acceptable, and the location was okay.
