Best vacation ever, amazing experience with elephants. We stayed at riverside, its a cute bamboo lodge, my son jumped into the river anytime he wants. We joined the full day jungle tour, our guide Sam was fantastic. He knows the village very well, very fun to hangout with. The elephants are definitely the star over there, my son didn't want to leave in the end of the trip. Highly recommend.

nice place can play with elephants anytime, a lot of dogs and feel like quite freedom, countryside and relaxing. facilities not really good and have to say , really worth to try this different experience, btw the stars in the night are amazing. wonderful experience

Außergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch, ruhig und man kann richtig entspannen und abschalten. Das Highlight sind die Elefanten. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Verpflegung ist sehr lecker und ausreichend. Klare Empfehlung!!! One-Life-Time-Experience

這個住宿不能和正常酒店去比較哈。我住的是河邊最邊緣的房間，房間裡面很原始，沒空調沒信號沒WiFi沒電話沒毛巾牙刷拖鞋只有沐浴露和瓶裝水和電風扇。山路真的很難走，特別是下雨天。我那天早上大象叫早因為下雨天水位太高大象過不來還被取消了。Host不是很專業 都要主動去問 叫早被取消了沒人通知 傻傻的在房間等 因為房間沒有電話 沒有WiFi 手機在村裡房間完全沒有信號 有事要走路到接待處去問。遠途都是泥路。其實住在山上會方便很多。但是我還是覺得很值得。雖然不是享受型體驗。但是真的很特別的過程。我選擇了和大象洗澡 一個人要1200泰銖 很好玩。這是一個大象保育的目的。有機會還是會再去。

寫了好多評價一下沒有了😓😓 酒店氛分為河邊房和山頂房，兩邊有距離，有車子接送，河邊房白天都能碰到大象，和大象洗澡的項目就在那裡，1200株/人 相比之下我更喜歡山頂別墅幽靜，早上大象都在，傍晚也會來，偶爾中午也會有人來，連住三天，美哉，這裡有小貓咪，鸚鵡🦜早餐西式，也可以試一下泰飯，挺好吃，自費中餐晚餐做的也不錯，喜歡這裏，以後還會來

河邊小屋，距離餐廳和主要活動場地有點遠，蟲子很多，但是還是一次非常特別的體驗

We recently stayed in Chai Lai Orchid with my family and toddler. The experience was amazing. We enjoyed breakfast with the elephants and doing the riverside swim with elephants. Our tour guide Sayan was so helpful, knowledgeable about the elephants and the culture in the area. He was so great helping us take photos and videos as well. Highly recommend this place! It's a glamping experience with nature so if you'll travel with kids, pack a lot of mosquito spray and long pants for the kiddies.

We came from Chiang Mai for a day trip to see the elephant sanctuary. My boyfriend and I did the Elephant Jungle Expedition Private tour and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We did not know what to expect going into this but we were blown away. This experience completely exceeded our expectations. From feeding elephants to swimming with them, to cooking soup in a hallowed out bamboo stick over a fire, to hiking to waterfalls, to bamboo rafting, this day was an adventure.

Amazing time at Chai Lai Orchid, we were on the Elephant Jungle Expedition and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful experience. After feeding the elephants, our tour guide Jackie Chan guided us through the jungle and cooked us curry in a bamboo and bbq chicken over open flames, it was a surreal experience and so much fun! You get to have a lot of time with the elephants, feed them, and bathe them in the river, and they're treated so well and they're so peaceful and majestic. I highly recommend going with Chai Lai if you want to be with elephants whole experiencing local Thai jungle experience!

A very delayed review, but wow what an experience. Our guide Artid was amazing, we had 5 children with us, it was hot, but never once did they complain. I think they and us were utterly blown away by the experience! The Elephants appeared well looked after and happy! And the staff were super knowledgable! The outdoor cooking was fab with Artid, getting the kids to muck in! The rafting was a little crazy, with lots of teens splashing us with water, all great fun! sadly our trip ended to a local A&E as one of the kids hurt themselves on the bamboo beds (no fault of the company). The staff were amazing an accompanied us throughout and translated for us! Highly recommended!

Great experience led by our tour guide Sayan. He was very knowledgable, dedicated to providing a great experience, great photographer and very funny. The 1/2 day experience would not have been as good as it was without him. It was a great day out seeing the elephants with great company.

Did not stay at hotel but did a day trip from Chang Mai for the elephant sanctuary. Absolutely awesome experience. My husband and I requested a private day and that’s what we got. Our guide, Sam, was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable about the elephants and the area. We got to feed and swim with two elephants, just my husband and I!! Sam cooked us a wonderful lunch as well. We did the river bamboo raft as well, which was so fun and so much better than photos show. Word of caution: the hotel transfer from Chang Mai is in the back of a pick up truck (open air with benches). It was swelteringly hot the day we went. Would have much preferred an air conditioned van for transfer. It is about 1.5 hours from Chang Mai and it was honestly torturous.
