Ulasan Dead Sea Spa Hotel

An interesting complex with developed infrastructure, but the rooms are noticeably tired and in need of cosmetic renovation. There are many pools – separate areas are thoughtfully designed for adults and children, the water is warm, and there's direct access to the beach. Despite the hotel's age, the grounds are well-maintained, and the opportunity to swim in hypersaline water and apply therapeutic muds right on-site compensates for the minor domestic drawbacks. We had breakfast and dinner. The selection is modest, but you won't go hungry. At dinner, tea, coffee, beer, and alcohol are all chargeable.

great location but a little dated decor wise . Great happy hour pub and swimming pools .  Good if you are on a budget and have kids in tow otherwise the Kempinski wins

We went there during the Iran-U.S. war so there weren't too many guests staying. We arrived late in the evening and found the hotel couldn't find our booking in the system. The receptionist took quite a long time to call and confirm that we can stay in our booked room. The communication and treatment wasn't professional coming from such an established hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. The room preparation was unprofessional. We are 3 people staying in the Royal Suite. There were only 2 bathrobes and slippers available. Lucky that the towels were enough for all of us. They also put the shower gel bottle at the handwash station (the bottle clearly says it's a shower bottle). I assumed the in hotel intended for the shower gel to be used interchangably with a handwash but when I went to the other room, there's an actual handwash bottle on its station. The shower gel within the shower room was also almost empty. If we stay for another day, I'm sure it will need to be refilled. Somehow this place isn't very well maintained and don't feel up to its price.

Fantastic stay in this very well equipped hotel right by the red sea. Great facilities good food and a relaxing trip.!

Staffs are very friendly. Location is good. Hotel have mini water park and our son loved it. Dead sea area is clean and have free mud.

Hospitable staff, especially waiters in the restaurant at breakfast. Very caring lifeguard on the beach. Breakfasts are meager, but you can ask to make an omelet :). If you go by sea - I recommend! There is a water park for children. There are several swimming pools on the territory, the territory is well-kept and pleasant.

I booked a sea-view room, but the front desk said it wasn't. I went specifically for the sunset float, but the hotel pool and beach closed at 7 pm sharp, which was very disappointing. I asked Ctrip for help and spent half an hour trying to get a refund. The receptionist kindly upgraded me to a sea-view suite, which made up for missing the sunset float. They were very friendly to us afterwards! The next day, I woke up in the sea-view room and immediately went swimming. Floating in the sea, you really can float! The hotel's mud bath was also nice! The buffet was filling, but the fruit selection was limited!

The hotel has a nice environment, good value for money, and the food is decent. The rooms are relatively clean. There was an initial Wi-Fi problem, but the staff immediately changed my room.

The hotel has a good location, the rooms are clean and adequate, but the breakfast is poor and inadequate. The pools are especially awful. The pools are not clean and are so hot that you end up sweating in them to cool off. Only go if you have to.

Compared to other hotels, it is good value for money, clean, and the breakfast is delicious and good. The staff is all friendly. The accommodation is also very good, so I rested well and went swimming at Sahae's private beach.

It's a very beautiful hotel with its own beach. You can go swimming in the Dead Sea next to the beach inside the hotel. There is also a swimming pool. The hotel provides towels for free. The hotel also has a buffet for dinner and provides beer, but the beer is charged separately, 30 RMB a can, which is not cheap.

Nice hotel with its own beach, mud pools. Large parking. Tasty food. But there are no particular restaurants nearby. You can't bring your own food. But it's possible)
