The staff made this hotel. They are absolutely wonderful all the reception staff, the people that work in the hotel absolutely amazing. I stay here every time I stay in Angeles and I am very happy, The only thing that they need to put right is the water is just warm it’s not hot and I could do with putting some shower gel in the bathroom. Apart from that I love the location and the people that run it Eddie R

I have stayed in thiis hotel for a couple of times and each time they did not disappoint me. Great location and Friendly staff with great service all round. Looking forward to my next stay.

Me and my boyfriend went to Midori to celebrate his birthday. The overall experience was good. The room was really spacious and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their food was great (even our pastry takeouts from their bakery). We got the chance to tryout their spa as well and it was very relaxing. Their ******, though small, is well-equipped. One thing we think needs improvement is their parking. Their parking is limited and It would be quite a walk to the hotel proper. Would definitely come back though, if the time permits :)

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. Reception, Hotel Staff & Housekeeping: The reception staff are courteous and efficient, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service. Moreover, during our stay on December 28, we encountered a lady housekeeper in the lobby and elevator who displayed exceptional dedication and accommodation. This housekeeping team member went above and beyond to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, creating a consistently pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. From continental to local cuisines, guests can start their day on a satisfying note. Overall, Best Western Plus Metro Clark excels in various aspects for all occasions – from its attentive staff to the quality of food and facilities, making it a recommendable choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Ok first I am really speechless about how wonderful this hotel and its staff is... to begin with I booked it for my gf to propose her for marriage..as I am far from her so we did online..but I emailed hotel about payment assistance, surprise package preparation and OMG!! They did out of the universe wonderful work...first there room look exactly how it is in picture , everything picture perfect, they were under staffed but superb ownership taken by Rolyn (staff) and Kisha( staff ) with the most effective communication, they're mind blowing and super helpful...omg because of them and outstanding leadership by Kris (manager) and the surprise from him made my surprise so special and OMG!! She said yes ...♥️ this is dream hotel for me and my family and friends .. so my message to everyone ”this is the best hotel .. just book ..every cent you spend it absolutely worth it...you'll be happily surprised”, each member of staff and management is like a army on their own ... getting emotional here ..but awesome work ..happy new year to everyone there. My wife and I just finished up our vacation in the Philippines and on our way back after taking the extended family to Baguio, I suggested we spend a few nights in Angeles to visit some relatives and let the family enjoy a western style hotel. As there were 13 of us, I reserved 6 rooms including 4 standard, a superior suite and a queen balcony. Our family absolutely fell in love with the Clarkton. Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless Best sleep we had during our entire vacation. rooms are quiet clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff went out of their way to make sure a table was set for everyone in our family and provided exceptional and courteous service Breakfasts were especially good. as well as the coffee (Irish for me) The ladies at the front counter were more than helpful and again made our family feel like they were the most special guests there Housekeeping was friendly and did an excellent job and the security guard helped whenever we were going out Our family had never stayed at a nice western style hotel before and they commented how everyone at The Clarkton made them feel so welcome and special. They loved swimming in and hanging out by the beautiful pool and said it was the best vacation they had ever experienced We decided to use the transfer service to NAIA and it was the nicest van service we've had in the Philippines Overall, Thank You. My wife and I travel quite a bit around the world and we agreed we will return to the Clarkton

This hotel isn’t for families. This hotel is in the middle of a bar district. Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The food at the rooftop is lacking. The only issue I had was the first day because I didn’t have hot water to take a shower. The staff resolved the issue the same day.

Staff had been very warm and responds swiftly. This is tru the moment we landed on the driveway. Check in was fast; room was clean and food was good. We love of course the bar cos it has a pool area and the cocktails are great! Location is one of its aces too and we’ll definitely consider for our next visit. The bell boy took a long time to pick up hut the front desk followed through and apologised.

I stayed in the tiger hotel from meeting a person at the nearby mall.checked in it was ok.the style was kind of old style once u are they,the reception area.Laundry service was available nearby and delivered to the hotel.food places everywhere and not to far from the entertainment.The price was ok too.It was 5 mins walk from where the bus leaves you at sm mall.So a few days in angeles is well spent if you chose the tiger hotel
