The stay was disappointing. Breakfast section was a mess. House keeping was average. There weren’t enough napkins and face towels in the room. Food was consistently below average. The pool that was by the sea was poorly kept. For the experience and amenities they offer the hotel is terribly overpriced. It was more like a 3-star resort and not 5-star like advertised

It is really a good resort in the heart of city where you can visit all the famous heritage sites within the vicinity of 3 km
Food taste is really good in the in house restaurants, spa facilities are really good
Pool view chalets are also very spacious though are basic category
just outside the room there was large pool and you can enjoy and relax just outside
Overall a very good experience for all age groups families and couples

I stayed with my family including 2 kids. The property is very beautiful with lots of greenery around. The staff and the service is exceptional. We stayed at a pool view chalet, the room was spacious but I felt the property was a little pricey. There are 2 big pools which kids enjoyed thoroughly. The access to the beach is great, but I would not consider this as a great one. The quality of food was just OK, we ventured out for lunch and dinner cause I didn't feel it was value for money to dine at the restaurant (Water Edge Cafe). This is one area that definitely needs an improvement. Even the breakfast was just average. Overall the property and service trumps, so it was a good stay.

This place is just so mesmerising… great views of pool and gardens. The food is very delectable and scrumptious though little bit on heavy on pocket! Must recommend this property to anyone and everyone. You can spend hours just sitting on the fence seeing the sea!!

Check-in smooth and quick, Get into battery car and drive to beach front / beach view room. Nice sound of sea waves... nice sit-out area. Very Clean and spacious room, One of Asai largest pool and beach front pool too. Evening snacks given.. all wonderful experience. Kids enjoyed going cycling too. Food is really good and everyone at restaurant taking care very much.

Lovely stay. The best part "the pool" I wish for more light around pool. Food was great. Staffs very friendly. Room services was best too.they gave complimentary cake and decorations for my sons bday.Thanks to laxmipriya for all the arrangements.

I had an amazing stay at Radisson Blu Resort Temple Bay Mamallapuram! The location right on the beach is unbeatable, offering stunning ocean views. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed ;special mention about Dhanalakshmi & Lakshmi Priya for their exceptional service. The on-site dining options were delicious, with fresh seafood being a highlight. Plus, the resort amenities, including the Infinity pool and spa, were top-notch. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

This was our first trip to India and we can’t recommend this hotel enough! The grounds are spacious and well maintained. There is a long pool in the centre of the resort but we spent most of our time in the infinity pool by the beach. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Especially Prasun,Annu and Gautama in the restaurant. The hotel does offers a complimentary afternoon tea daily and the food in the Waters Edge restaurant was delicious. The staff advised us on where to visit in Mahabalipuram so we saw the Butter Ball and the Shore Temple. We had massages in the resort and these were fantastic! The hotel was spotlessly clean and gave our family a wonderful first impression of India.
