Hotel 3 Bintang di Mai Chau

We had the best experience in Mai Chau Lodge! Where do I start? It was my boyfriend birthday so I booked this resort as surprise but I didn’t expect was so big and so high quality. The check in was amazing with warm towels and cinnamon tea. Good explanation of the facilities. Library, piano, free kayak on the lake, sauna, pool ! The dorm we booked was huge and right in front of the lake. The room was so complete, nothing missed (water, fruits etc) and so comfortable. Cleaning was top and all staff was kind to you and good English as well. The bathroom right next to the dorm, but good one! The best hot shower in a rural area. Garden, lake, lots of space for open air activities. The restaurant has vast variety of food and price, for all tastes. Breakfast really big. Moreover, the kindness of the manager and all the staff was the real treat we got. I asked for 2 carbonaras and a tiramisu. The staff SO PROFESSIONAL, cooked for me the carabonaras (and was great!). The staff helped me to find tiramisu, after a while they said no, but was ok, I understand, we are in Vietnam! At 17 they came to my dorm and told me we find a tiramisu for you (part of the surprise for my boyfriend). They always checked if we were ok and couldn’t ask more. Staff always smiling and available! Last thing, check out was on Sunday, so fully booked buses for Hanoi. They were able to find for me a local bus (a limousine) pick up at the hotel; in less than 5 minutes and cheaper! The location is perfect, they have a cave right i front of the hotel and security will help you with everything (never felt to safe here). They helped me with scooter. What can I say? Thanks for the special treatment you made our 30 years old birthday special. Recommended to everybody going to Mai Chau. 100%!!

C'est avec un grand plaisir que nous partageons cette adresse bonheur chez une adorable grande et belle famille vietnamienne aux petits soins durant notre étape de 6 jours. Nous avons pris tous nos repas riches, variés et succulents sur les conseils de Huong et Chung nos chères hôtes. Mai Chau région fantastique à venir découvrir pour ces subimes rizières enveloppées d'une barrière montagneuse arborée les pieds dans les rizières. De belles balades à vélos prêtés par la famille. Nous les avons quittés avec bien des émotions partagées, nous reviendrons.

We booked 1 room for relaxing weekend in May. Hanoi is very hot but Mai Chau is very cool and fresh. So we stayed 3 nights at Mai Chau Villas instead of 2 nights as expected. We really enjoyed exploring the space aroud this villas. The best experience is to enjoy local clean agricultural products. Hotel staff make me satisfied with excellent service. The natural scenery is nothing to discuss, so beautiful anh peacefull ! Will come back to Mai Chau Villas many times with my family anh friends !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un bungalow à la décoration soignée et avec une petite terrasse bien agréable pour se reposer après les plongées. Possibilité de profiter des boissons (non alcoolisées) à volonté toute la journée et bon petit déjeuner. L'équipe nous a par ailleurs très bien accueilli et donné de bons conseils sur les endroits où dîner.

This was an amazing place to stay. They had bikes for us to borrow and even yoga mats if you wanted. They have a traditional dance for show in the evenings and plenty of activities that cost extra like hiking and boat tours. The service was amazing. My favourite thing was the breakfast buffet. I woke up extra early to make sure I had a seat on the outside to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains while I ate.

The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care exhibited by Ms Mai Anh exceeded my expectations and made my experience truly memorable. From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. From the front desk personnel to the staff at Bamboo Restaurant, everyone demonstrated a high level of professionalism and ensured that the hotel maintained a welcoming and comfortable environment. The exceptional service I received at Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort truly made a difference in my overall experience. I felt valued as a guest, and the attention to detail exhibited by the hotel staff elevated my stay to a whole new level. This food at Bamboo Restaurant was splendid, and the service at the restaurant was exceptional. My compliments to the chef and restaurant staff. Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort is the only place I want to stay if I visit Mai Chau again. I’ll be coming back here again!
