The service was good in general. As for the cost, perhaps they should include a fridge in the apartment.

The location is very central. I was able to check in at any time; I used the contactless check-in after reception opened. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. One small drawback is that there was no air conditioning and the fan didn't work. I would avoid the hotel during the height of summer, but otherwise I would be happy to stay there again.

Since the hotel I was staying at was full, I booked this hotel for my daughter because it was only a few minutes away from our hotel. The only thing I have to complain about is that the window, when tilted, was tilted towards you because the hinges were broken. The train station is about a 10-minute walk. There are also many restaurants and shops, such as a Rewe supermarket, nearby. Mainz city center is about 15 minutes away. So, all in all, within walking distance.

房間很乾凈 很温馨 但是陳設有點舊 附近走5min有一家大型超市 離美茵茨主火車站步行衹要10多分鐘 離主要的景點步行20多分鐘 離萊茵河步行20多分鐘 整體很方便

Good clean hotel, in a residential area about 15-20 minute walk from the main square in Mainz. Balcony was a bonus - and being near to a supermarket was good too. Staff were friendly. Rooms are really clean and good size. Breakfast was average but enough available to start the day in a good way. Would recommend

I was given a code to get my key, but it did not work and when I finally managed to get someone on the phone, they turned me down by saying that they don’t have a key for me. So I had to find another place last minute in the middle of the night, because of their poor management. I was charged the full price and not given a refund as well. They told *********** that I didn’t show up to get their money. Stay away from this terrible hotel if you can! It is a scam.

Good hotel for one night as in our case. Communication prior to stay was very good. We mostly booked with them as they offered a good transfer from the awkwardly placed frankfurt-hahn airport. Our driver was friendly and informative. Breakfast was nice and location was close enough to walk to christmas market

Clean rooms. Very reasonable room rates for a state capital. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location. Bus and tram within walking distance with quick connections to the main train station, inner city and old town.

Easily accessible on foot from the main train station - location in a quiet residential area (Neustadt) - supermarkets and bakeries nearby - about 15 minutes to the city center and the Rhine - very pleasant: the layout of the room, square with a pleasant homely feel - furniture a bit dated, but very comfortable mattress and good TV - bathroom with towels, shower gel and soap very clean; hairdryer available - internet mostly stable - staff is very friendly - check-in and check-out quick and uncomplicated - good value for money for my booking price - would gladly come again!
