酒店位於美因茨火車站斜對面，趕火車非常方便。步行100米地道德國餐廳zenz，非常推薦。
房間是城景豪大，可以給小朋友加床。房間空間夠用，設施還算齊全，中規中矩。大堂吧和餐廳裝修考究；早餐價格不貴每人19歐，菜品種類在歐洲同級別酒店裡算非常一般，能吃飽。
停車場在隔壁樓地下室，距離不遠。其他設施未有體驗，不評。
真正驚艷的是酒店裡的旋轉樓梯，做工很德國！白天俯拍木樓梯，夜晚藉著燈光仰拍光與影，非常贊！
若是趕在聖誕前後，站前廣場每晚有小夜市，可以喝到地道德國熱紅酒！

The hotel is in the perfect location across from the train station. It has modern rooms, great beds, a lovely breakfast, and efficient friendly staff. It’s also a short walk to the major attractions. We enjoyed it and think you will too. Stay here 😀

What a wonderful hotel! The location near the train station was excellent in allowing daily excursions to areas surrounding Mainz. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were quite nice and the amenities were very good quality. The breakfast buffet offered a lovely and delicious variety of selections from from which to choose. Osiris, who managed the breakfast there was so helpful, courteous and offered many suggestions about our travels. The dinner was a delicious offering of epicurean delights!

The location is great, close to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant is great, with delicious vegetarian food. The staff is very friendly. Osiris is amazing and has assisted us during the meeting. Highly recommended.

Great location, right across from Mainz Hbf. Stayed here to watch Bayern vs. Mainz 05 for one night and this hotel was perfect for this. The room is not large and felt a bit dark, the hotel entrance was not easy to spot. The staff were very friendly. The price for what we were looking for was good.

This hotel is a wonderful find. The staff is top-notch and very helpful. The room was clean and oh so comfortable. Even though it's in front of a major transport hub, the room was quiet and we slept quite well. Restaurant has delicious food and served an excellent breakfast buffet. Parking was tricky, you do have to walk a block or two so be sure to drop off your bags in the lobby before you go to the parking garage. Grocery store is right there, too. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the AC hotel in Mainz. Although it is across the street from the train station, the sound of multiple trains and trams is not heard in hotel rooms. But the convenience of being close to a transportation center cannot be understated. The hotel itself is lovely and clean, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant (Adam and Eden) has windows overlooking the area. Since we were visiting family members in Mainz, we only ate breakfast there, but it included an amazing buffet. In fact, we invited our family to join us for a delicious breakfast all 3 days of our stay. Last but not least, out wait staffer, Osiris (sp?) was a real pleasure, anticipating our needs before we asked. His professionalism and sence of humor helped make our journey special.
