Makassar is not my favourite place, but I'm travelling a lot to Eastindonesia, I must make a stop here. Even I travel on a budget-evoid the cheap places in Makassar or the airporthotels, you will be dissapointed. Some of the cheap places are realy bad! Favehotel is a bit more upmarket than the everage but clean, has a good breakfast and a pool. For Makassarstandart comes with a fair price.

Stayed there for almost a week and had a wonderful experience. I arrived on Sunday morning around 9 and fully aware that the early check-in is subject to availability. So I decided to take stroll around the beach but suprisingly after only 1 hour staff informed that room is ready. Ananda and Irma at the front desk were really helpful as I just had 12hrs bus trip from Soroako. Breakfast was good, not much western option, fried rice was dry on the first day, but the salad was nice. Thumbs up to kind chef Ridho whom I found out was a trainee. Keep up the good work! Thanks also to Dwi for helping me out during checkout to name those excellent staff. Some feedback tho, the elevator was really annoying. If you wanna go down, elevator will often stop by some floor without any passenger. That happens because there we 2 sides of elevator with 2 separate buttons in every floor, people will press both and see which elevator comes first. One morning I had to stop by 11, 8, 5 but no one there. Another one, the hairdyer in my room only work for 1 minute. I had to wait for another few minutes for it to work again. Nevertheless, again, I had a memorable experience. The room was amazing, so was the view. Hope to come back soon.

Just checked out from the hotel which I stayed 1 night only. I gave score as average quality of service and facility. Wifi is not working in the room and I used my celluler provider but seems the signal inside the room was empty which cause difficulty open my email. Either they locked an access to some importants apps luke emails, whatsapp, but instagram took high speed connection not emails and whatsapp. Want to extend my stay but I would rather find another. Parking also very difficult, none of parking space available. Well, compare the price, its worth to the amount you pay but could be better.

Very pleasant stay, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and the sheets also white clean, the tv (not many chanel but still enjoy pick one for to watch) otherwise, WIFI connection is strong for options. Bathroom is huge, no tube but not really need it. Stay for 1 night and regret previous night was stayed somewhere else dissapointed. Wish if I could stay here before. Anytime back to Makassar, Swiss Bel Court Makassar will be one of option to stay. Staff, friendly and cheerful. The management is doing well run the hotel. Thank you!

I was happy because i can stay at Horison Ultima Makassar, the place is near from the city, i had a nice room, but i think the air conditioner must be repaired. Staff has good hospitality, good job for reservation staff because so easy to have a continue room for the next day & pool attendant they was helpfully. Thank you for hk attendant, i forgot the name (he is fat) but he was so kindly to clean my room. Thank you horison ultima makassar, i will stay to you again.

Stay here for 3 nights 29/2/24 - 2/3/24, and still amazed with the maintenance of their standar, i call this hotel OLD but GOLD. During stay we fell very comfort, the room as big as usual, all aminities still with their standar evethought all new hotels minimize their aminities with some reasons this hotel still with their complete aminities and never change at all. Room so quite? They have big tub which so fun for children and carpet floor for warm the room, their AC always and early cool has TV, Fridge, kettle jug and even compendium with head letter and bussiness paper that's why I said this hotel maintain their standard quality as well. Their breakfast and Baroncong was the best so fluffly and umami as well yummmy.... the staffs also so friendly and always smile and helpfull.. I thanks for the reception Ms. AYU R. Ms. Nadia and Mr. Ian they were so friendly and helpfull also the room attendant who make up our room by 2 pm, Mr. Faisal thee senior sales exec. and all the waiter waitress in restaurant were so helpfull also. Over all we have excellent experience during stay in this OLD but GOLD Hotel Keep up the standard and please never change because that's what make Aryaduta different and become GOLD ...

A Picture says a thousand words. I give you 20.000 words LoL. This is the kind of hotel you need to avoid if you have the time to browse around. Just see the pictures I took (immediately after a brief unpacking) and trust me, the camera never lies. Bed is seemingly clean (wish I had UV light) and the water runs well but I don't know about the hot water since I was so eager to write this review. Enjoy the pictures and decide. I made my mistake for trusting the picturea in Agoda and was very tired after a plane trip but the nap can wait. Writig this review is way more urgent as a warning to potential ”customers” You have been warned

Makassar is not my favourite place, but I'm travelling a lot to Eastindonesia, I must make a stop here. Even I travel on a budget-evoid the cheap places in Makassar or the airporthotels, you will be dissapointed. Some of the cheap places are realy bad! Favehotel is a bit more upmarket than the everage but clean, has a good breakfast and a pool. For Makassarstandart comes with a fair price.

The room is good. Facilities is normally working. Strategic location. Staff serve well, friendly and very kind. Unfortunately the covid-19 health protocol is still poorly implemented, such as using a thermo-gun. But I don’t find trash can in the room but bathroom only.
