My stay at I'm Hotel was great, checkin was fast and easy, fully transparent. The hotel accommodated all my requests, and a great room was provided fully equipped and pristine. I like their water dispenser where one can fill their water bottles up for free. The staff are absolutely delightful, helpful and cheerful which adds to the air of positiveness and professionalism. The location is superb. Best of all was the breakfast and spa. The rooftop bar had great views, vibes and food. Room city view was spectacular. Thank you and looking forward to staying there soon.

Overall was a good stay, they have maintained decent amount of amenities. They promote there Onsen Spa alot, however when we tried to take spa package it was not available, Hence it was a bummer, but we got 10 min free massage, that was really good. Breakfast was decent, not much Vegetarian options. Located in a busy location, pool area is very nice. Wifi could be better inside room.

Definitely worth the visit! This hotel is probably my best for value hotel during my visits in Manila. The facilities are top-notch, room is big even with the classic studio plus I get to have the best view of the Manila skyline.

This was a disappointing 5-star hotel. The price was not worth the amenities. The lobby bad no airconditioning. I was sweating while I was checking-in. The room is nice (I stayed in the Indulgence room) but the room didn’t even have a luggage rack. They didn’t have a bathrobe. Coffee and Tea were just instant. The a/c took a while to cool.
For the food, room service was only available until 10 PM. But the menu was so limited. They didn’t even offer juices. The in-room dining restaurant was the same restaurant that offered the buffet. I would rate the buffet a 1. The options were as limited as the in-room dining. There wasn’t even any bacon on the menu.
Overall, I would rate this place a 2.5 because the staff were nice. It’s really the hotel that was very disappointing. The rooftop bar is probably the only thing that lived up to it’s hype (minus the food because again, they had very limited menu).
