Ulasan Somerset Central Salcedo Makati

We had a good restful stay at Somerset. It was my husband’s birthday so they gave us a cake sadly we forgot it in the refrigerator huhu but I was so happy with my stay. Great pool, yummy food, and accommodating great service.

Easy check in and out. Friendly, professional staff. Location is in a quieter area of Salcedo. The room and the whole floor could use some air freshener to keep the air smelling fresh. Other than that, I had a good stay and would recommend this place. 👍🏻

First time staying at Somerset, loved my stay, service is good, very accomodating with my requests. Good place to unwind and rest, especially had a cold while staying there. No disturbances from anyone. Will stay again..😁😁

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! We had such a wonderful experience here! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a late checkout, which made our stay so much more convenient. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and ideal for families. With excellent security that made us feel safe and welcome, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely return!

Somerset Central Salcedo Makati is a modern apartment hotel. The rooms are a reasonable size with a fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, a microwave, hotplates and a sink, a combination washing machine/ dryer, a sofa and a desk, and a large LCD TV. The beds area comfortable and the bathroom has a shower with a rainfall shower head and a hand held rose. The water pressure is reasonably good. There is a swimming pool and gym and an onsite restaurant. The location is ok with a 7-Eleven across the street, and its about 600 metres walk to a small supermarket or a few fast food outlets. The management put on a New Years celebration in.the lobby with some free food and drinks which was a very nice touch. I would have no problem recommending Somerset Central Salcedo Makati to anyone and I would happily stay here again.

The room and service are perfect, but breakfast options are not much.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect ! The service is amazing and the location in Makati is great. The room is very nice and comfortable.

We love the hotel. Good service, fair rates, good facilities, nice staff, and most of all pet-friently hotel! The only downside? The food. We stayed here twice already, during the new year & just recently. The food quality is consistently poor from our dinner to the breakfast buffet. I hope you can improve the quality in the food that you serve especially for the breakfast buffet. On top of it all, we will still go back and stay in this hotel. Just complete the good experience by doing something with the quality of your food.

Requested for items that are supposed to be replenished when they cleaned the room during the day. Items took very long to be sent. When they finally reached the room, I could not reach the door in time and they just came in to the room. They should not come in to the room without permission. A total red flag for safety. In the first place, basic items should be checked and replenished, and not let it be left (almost) empty and such incident will not happen. Very disappointed with the service.

There was musty smell from the AC which was intolerable. Had the room change and it was slightly improved. I guess this is to be expected when the room is equipped with cooking facilities.

The bad rating for service is because the guard on the parking!! On april 1st around 3-4pm

Convenient to where I am heading and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and cafes.
