Hop Inn Hotel Makati Avenue Manila

Good location, good rooms, but very noisy from outside streets in any rooms

The place is basic but was neat and tidy. It was also conveniently located to the places that I have to visit. i had a comfortable sleep during my stay. Also, I requested to check-in early coming from a long overnight flight with barely no sleep. I am grateful that my request was accommodated. One thing I want to note is that I have to go down to the reception if I need to request something.

Perfect for travellers and very budget friendly. Very accessible din sya sa lahat. Mall, grocery, offices.

towels not year ready in the room need to request , no telephone on the room

Clean room, comfortable bed, strong wifi. Good place to stay in if you're on a budget.

A good and decent hotel after traveling. Clean, nice and polite concierge.

The location is great. I wish the towels were whiter and a little fluffier. I arrived around 3:45 but the room wasn't ready yet. I was given a room that gets the morning sun, and the installed shade could have been bigger to avoid making the room bright.

I have a lot of comments regarding this stay. First, our booking was not honored. I specifically requested a room away from the elevator. I don't know if the receptionist read the note or not. Second, I don't know if it's just our room, but the card insert for power doesn't even work. Third, the AC is not very good. I tried using the remote to lower the temperature, but it didn't change at all. I asked for assistance, but they just changed the remote. It did get a little colder, but the AC unit seems old. Fourth, they have a shampoo dispenser, but there was no shampoo inside. Fifth, there were loud noises coming from the pipes outside our bathroom window, which was annoying. Lastly, expect noise since it's right beside a busy road. Even the TV remote doesn't work; I had to manually click the buttons on the TV monitor to change channels. One good thing about our stay: the beds were clean. That's all. I hope they can improve their rooms for a better stay.

Definitely recommended for staycation. However due to bad weather i think, amenities were not serve but it is very much ok
