I asked the manager to give me a nice room as i staied many times here and he instead gave me an upgrade ti exucative suite 😍

Location, staff, room comfort and cleanliness are satisfied

It’s my second experience in this hotel & service is same as two years back, they are really doing well , i prefer to all my friends to visit them , best is all

The room keys have issues after every 12 to 14 hours it stopped working you have to go everyday to get the room keys charged other than that the location and shuttle service to Haram is great

The hotel is huge, but there was only one person at the front desk handling check-ins. I had to wait in line for at least half an hour to check in. You can't even get into the parking lot without having checked in first.

We faced the issues during check in at the beginning. Got to hassle quite a bit to get things sorted. The way staffs are dealing with issues need to be improved tho. The location is great at the fair price. Overall, we are satisfied.

A terrible stay from beginning to end. Saying check-in process was chaotic would be an understatement. It took nearly an hour. With no coordination or explanation from hotel staff, obviously no real queueing was taking place either which caused arguments. We had the unpleasant delight of dealing with Abdullah Magrabi who was one of the check in staff, who was quick to snap that he was "tired and hungry" when I was trying to get the correct room which we had already booked and paid for. When I asked to speak to the duty manager he became more enflamed and replied "go and talk to him, tell him who I am". Not the best experience to begin our stay and definitely not friendly customer service for guests. Following on from this, the hotel refused to give us the room which we had booked and said their system showed something else. The room provided was cluttered, untidy and clearly not up to standard. This was messaged through to trip.com chat agents who tried to work on the problem from their side. Cue another trip down to wait inordinately for the duty manager. Again sitting patiently at his desk didn't stop a number of people jumping the queue in front of us to speak to him first. He did eventually manage to get us the room we had booked ( thank you Mohammed Syeed), but this was 3 hours after arriving at the hotel, and after a 5 hour drive too. Again, the room type may have been correct but it was nothing at all like what the advertised pictures on the site showed. By this point we had resigned ourselves to just getting on with it. The room was terribly outdated. Televisions looked like those from a previous century, with no clear channels, just a lot of grey and white dots littering the screen. The little kitchenette area was dilapidated and in need of refurbishment. Bed frames, mattresses, bedding were also due a badly needed upgrade. It really does make you wonder how and why they are charging eye watering prices for stays. It would be remiss of me to leave a review without at least one positive point. That would be the shuttle service to the Haram. Physically the shortest and quickest hotel shuttle service due to its location. Would we stay here again? A resounding no.

As per previous review. For this booking, thanks to Mr Haitam for assissting me. I got a room near to the lift. Thank you so much 🙂 On average, i waited less than 1 minute for the lift. Extra 2-5minutes from the hotel to reach Kudi bus station by the shuttle bus. 6-8minutes walk from Kudi bus station to the mosque. Going back from the mosque to the hotel takes a bit longer time during peak hours. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel's room was great,big and spacious. Has many lifts for each tower so the queue lini was managed. The only deficiency was checkin process, need waiting more than 1hr to be given the keycard and no room cleaning, you have to ask and call several times for cleaning. During Jan is the peak season of umra, expect waiting line at kuday bus station to hotel around 30-40mins

************* we had a very pleasant stay here in Le Meridien Towers Makkah. It’s not as crowded and the shuttle to Haram is 24/7 with hardly any waiting time when we want to board the bus to and from Haram. We were pleasantly upgraded by the hotel and they even gave us complimentary tea on our first night. As we reached very late at night, I was grateful that I’m able to get some quick snacks for my young child and that the shops remain open then. We didn’t ask for housekeeping to come and clean our rooms but they were attentive and prompt in their service. Insya Allah we may stay here again for our next umrah.

A good hotel with good facility and amenities in Makkah city. Happy!

Staff was so helpful and co-operative. Shuttle service to Haram was very convenient.

We love this hotel so much!! Everyhing just OK.. the location..the shuttle..the people.. the housekeeping team are amazing specially guy name samin mustopha..he is great.. excellent service

Location is not to far from Haram, as the 24 hour bus makes it a great deal in terms of pricing with other hotels, which are closer or across Haram. Restaurant team was overall  fantastic and staff was helpful overall .
