As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong moldy smell. We found cockroaches on the stove, and shockingly, there were also cockroaches on both beds, on the pillows and sheets. We tried to contact the hotel, but the customer service was already off duty. Our WhatsApp message only showed one tick, so we couldn’t get any assistance or change rooms

The room is spacious and comfortable, suitable for 4 people. However, there are some concerns about security — there’s no access card required to use the lift, and the parking area is shared with the mall, making it easily accessible to the public. The lift service is very inefficient; although there are four lifts, only one seems to be operating at a time, leading to long wait times — it took us at least 30 minutes to get from the swimming pool back to our room. Additionally, the air conditioner wasn't cooling the room properly, which affected our comfort during the stay.

We had absolutely amazing tima to stay here.The rooms was clean and comfortable.. great location. The staff ate incredible friendly.. The poolside is spacious and was beautiful with confey sunbeds and a really nice view of the city..My kids really enjoyed it.. We will definitely come again;) Thanks

🌄 Good morning! The hotel room was clean, and the view from our room was beautiful. The location is also very good for the price I paid. However, I must share that the balcony door lock was not working at all, which may concern some guests. Also, the infinity pool could be cleaner, as you can see rubbish near the edge when you swim up to it.

Host very responsive, instructions and check-in process will explained. Nice view from 23rd floor. 10-15min walk to Jonker Street. Con: The lift is small can be crowded at peak time.

good and comfortable room , swimming pool , our children enjoy , beautiful night view .. difficult take lift to the room at the first time but have security guard guide in the lift . we will repeat soon 🥰😊

Hotel is clean , spacious and big. Near to jongker walk. But the lift service is slow and waited for long long time.

The room is full of painting smell they claim that they refurbished 3 weeks ago (but u can check the condition in the photos.. speechless). Even after we open the sliding door and let it vent for few hours still the smell still so strong. I guess some of the unit is operate by unit owner themselves instead of hotel management. So do not get tricked by the 4 stars rating. The condition is worst than airbnb. Bedsheet, pillows and room furnish is old and sick (refer photos). My family member doesn’t feel well after staying in the room for few minutes. The “owner” reluctant to refund (even partial) although we end up decided not staying there. We then book another hotel which is 3km away and much better and proper with almost the same price. Don’t try your luck with this “hotel”. The previous credit and reviews are irrelevant at all.
