Overall great, sound proof was great. Found some stain on the towels provided tho. Breakfast quality is great for the price but staffs mainly only come in at 7am so before that there was no staff to serve us.

A wonderful hotel with responsive staff, a delicious buffet breakfast, and a clean pool where you can relax beautifully. If we return to Melaka, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

The hot water in the room was really dirty when we checked in, and we had no idea why. The front desk just told us to let it run for a while, but even after 20 minutes, it was still murky. My child was cold after swimming, so they had to shower in the dirty water, which even made their socks grimy. What exactly caused the hot water to be so dirty? No one informed us beforehand or explained the reason. We later found out it was due to pipe maintenance, but this is something that guests could have been told about in advance to avoid such an experience. Otherwise, the stay was pretty good overall. The hotel breakfast was nice, and the pool was decent. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Dutch Square, which is convenient but also keeps you away from the noise. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby that serve delicious and affordable food. We booked two rooms; one had a distant view of the Malacca Strait, and the other was right by the Malacca River.

A good hotel in a good location with the best service and the staff was very helpful. I had a room issue at the moment, but they changed the room immediately for me and give a friendly gesture.

Thank you to Dusit Princess Melaka for the wonderful anniversary staycation. We truly appreciate the special room decoration and the lovely cake prepared for us—it was such a thoughtful and memorable surprise. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay extremely relaxing. However, if you do not plan to take the hotel breakfast, there is local coffee shop conveniently located next to the hotel, offering an easy alternative for morning meals. Everything was perfect, from the service to the ambience. We had a great experience and will definitely return again.Please note that the hotel does not provide EV car charging facility at this moment.

First, the good points: 1. It's quite close to the House of Holland attraction. 2. The room view was decent. 3. The swimming pool staff provided excellent service. 4. I liked their hotel's water bottles and the thick slippers. Now for the unsatisfactory points, which were the most frustrating: 1. Since I was extending my stay, I specifically went to update my key card after 12 PM. When I wanted to return to my room after swimming, the door wouldn't open. I had to run down to the first-floor lobby in my swimsuit to update it. After confirming with the staff that both key cards were fine, I ran back up. Because it was so cold, I went for a 10-minute sauna before going back to my room to shower, but the door still wouldn't open. I had to run down to the first floor again to update the key card... Finally, it worked. 2. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear people talking in the next room and outside the door. 3. There were no children's toiletries. 4. The cleaning was subpar; there was still toothpaste from previous guests on the toothbrush glass. Anyway, we weren't going to use it, so never mind.

Clean and comfortable room with good service. Staff were polite and responsive. Convenient location. Would stay here again.

The hotel gym is huge, and the breakfast offers a good variety, though options for children are limited. The room itself is quite spacious, but the pillows are uncomfortable; I woke up with a stiff neck after sleeping on them.

Exceeded expectations, this was the best hotel experience during our trip to Malaysia, which covered four cities (Kuala Lumpur, Semporna, Kota Kinabalu, and Malacca)! The hotel is very cozy and just the right size. Its location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Malacca River banks, Jonker Street, and the Dutch Square (Red House). We were on the 15th floor, overlooking the picturesque 'S' bend of the Malacca River. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a sofa that could be used as a child's bed.
