Hotel Humaina

Terrible experience. When I made my reservation, it said it was 10.7 km from the center of Malaga, where I was staying. After booking, Google Maps told me it was 22.7 km away and it would take me 32 minutes to get there. The hotel is in a national park very far from the city, up a mountain, and it is impossible to visit the tourist attractions. The road is completely deserted and there are no other houses nearby. When I got to the hotel, I tried to cancel my reservation. But they said it had not been paid, even though I showed the receipt and the debit on the card. The receptionist did not speak English and spoke little Spanish. He tried to speak to the person in charge who was not present, but she did not answer her cell phone. In short, they would not let me in or let me cancel. I left and tried to find a solution on the booking website. They tried to cancel for five days, but the hotel would not authorize it. In short, they gave me incorrect information and decided to keep the amount of two nights from a guest who did not even stay there. Does this seem like a bad idea?

How did Cristina not tell me yesterday? They apologize, they lie to me saying that they are going to send a vat of water, the cook tells my wife that she has prepared a lot of sirloins... I don't know for whom if there is no one there, I let them know and they tell me that Yes, customers return at night. The one who looked like the worker tells me to file a complaint with the civil guard or police, there is no cell phone coverage, they put me with a civil guard post which at the same time informs me that I must report in Malaga capital, I fill out a claim form and I hear from the “worker” that the owner is shameless and a scammer that this (what he has done to me) is not done and he urges me again to file a complaint in court. I ask for the amount I have paid and they don't say that I have to talk to the agency, I return on my way to Malaga to get cell phone coverage and look for another hotel to stay in since I am touring Andalusia. IT IS A SHAME THAT THIS HAPPENS. That they deceive people so blatantly. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE GIVED A DD LOW IN ANY SERIOUS AGENCY...IT IS INTOLERABLE FOR ONE TO PAY IN ADVANCE AND MAKE THE WINDING JOURNEY TO GET TO A HOTEL THAT IS INOPERATIVE. HOW CAN A HOTEL OPEN ITS DOORS IF IT DOESN'T HAVE WATER? IT IS UNHEARD TO DO 28!KMS FROM MÁLAGA FOR THEM TO LAUGH IN YOUR FACE.

Very good place to disconnect. It is located in the middle of nature, far from the noise and stress of everyday life. Very friendly staff. They gave me many facilities at reception to get to know the area and the beautiful landscapes.

I wanted to use a Wonderbox to pay for our stay. Even though Wonderbox told me that they had a contract with this hotel, the latter denied it. I canceled the reservation over the phone but the hotel denied it (totally lying) and, since I made the mistake of giving my credit card numbers to make the reservation before finding out that the hotel refused to accept a Wonderbox, the hotel He charged me for my stay without having gone to the hotel at any time. They lie a lot, the hotel manager doesn't answer any calls and they are a real disaster (absolute lack of professionalism, to put it politely).

Hotel ideally located in a natural park far from the hustle and bustle of Malaga. The stay was refreshing, disturbed only by the singing of birds and the "aperitif" visits of wild boars, which were otherwise very nice. Moreover, the welcome from the staff was up to par, all smiles and friendliness, so relaxed that they managed to accommodate us. make people accept in good humor the concern (lack of gas) of catering reduced to its vital minimum. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.
