Hotel rooms and bathrooms are well furnished. Breakfast is nice and freshly prepared. We had dosa and fresh fruits. However rooms are bang on the home highway road. There is sound proofing. So very noisy and difficult to sleep in night. You feel like you are on the road. Highway is hardly 5 metres away and no noise insulation. Hotel rooms and bathrooms are well furnished. Very nice ambience and location. Staff is very good and perfect place to stay in kottakal. The rooms are large and very clean. Location close to MIMS and important places in Kottakal. Had a enjoyable time in the hotel.

Location is bang on the main road in kottakkal town right next to bus stand. It has good parking facility. Hotel was welcoming and the checkin/checkout process was smooth. Its a big hotel but its an old one and hence require some maintenance. Otherwise, everything else inside the hotel was neat and clean. Room has all necessary services. I staid in an ac room and the ac was working well. I added breakfast as part of my booking and they provided limited options but good food as part of breakfast. They serve food till 10 pm in the-or restaurant and the price is nominal.

Very clean, professional and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel. We had reached the hotel when we realised that a bag was left behind at a hotel couple of hours down the road. The hotel staff and owners made sure their personal contacts picked it up and delivered it to us by the time we had finished dinner. Safe and accounted for. The place is directly opposite the bhagwati temple and can be walked if needed. Main market is a couple of stops away and had everything needed.

Location is easily accessible, but not scenic or anything except for a viewing platform facing the river. Rooms are spacious with necessary amenities, but poorly maintained, mushy odour, heater not working, and mosquitoes in room. outdoors are not cleaned or maintained at all. The only saving grace is the swimming pool which is big and clean, and the food (breakfast) which was tasty even though minimal in variety. Also notable is the very courteous and prompt response of the front office and other staff. An effort towards maintenance would go a long way in making this property an experience worth remembering. Hoping to see it becoming a better place ☺️

Hotel is good, buts its not in perinthalmanna as mentioned in portal, its 13 km away from town at melattur. So if you have work at perinthalmanna then its not the hotel i would recommend. If you are on a vacation and want to spend time in resort kind of setting then its a good place. Overall people at hotel are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean

PPengguna TetamuI had stayed for a business purpose for 4 days. The room was neat, clean and well-maintained. I was overwhelmed with their quality of service. I must mention the name of mr vishnu who really cares for the guests. Next time when i travel to that location, i wont even think of a second choice

A good hotel close to shopping area in nilambur. Big room with enough space for three people. Toiletries provided but tea coffee maker is missing. Centralised sir conditioning and good view of the town. Food is good and the staff are very friendly.

The staff members were extremely caring and attentive, which really made my stay enjoyable. The room was also very clean and cozy, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

PPengguna TetamuIt is a budget property and do not expect luxury. It is on the nilambur ooty road but about 6 km away from nilambur town. The amenities do not include a bar. This is a wrong information in mm t description which is to be corrected. Breakfast is limited to either two poori or one plate of idlies and one cup of tea or coffee. Any thing more or any thing else will be charged and it is much higher than that for similar items in the area. They kept a used water bottle in the room but they changed it promptly when asked for a new bottle. They keep toiletries for only one person in a double room and even a single towel. Altogother i feel the present ratings of this hotel is a bit exaggeration.

It’s definitely a 5 star for the location. Aweosme. The supreme deluxe rooms got awesome view. Towards the pool, the view of 3 mountains surrounding the resort is just heavenly. The view from the rooms is just awesome and you don’t feel to do any other activity when here rather than staring at the nature. The climate is superb, cold and never ending breeze made the days here really worthy. The food options need to be improved. There was quite a lot in menu, but hardly few to offer us during the 2 night stay. We’re told meals can be arranged if we precook, did that for 2 days and we it’s not done. Had to rely on fried rice and noodles for lunch and dinner for 2 days. Please try to get more food options. The property was given for groups who visits in the morning and leave by evening. Not recommended for such a property to entertain this as the guests staying there found it really difficult. During the 2 days of our stay a group of around 30 people were using the pool at a time. Felt it unsuitable for the ambience of the resort and was not in state of mind to go near the pool after the group allotment in the pool. Couldn’t stay there peacefully during their visit hours. Though we were given 1 hour slots for using the pool, there was no one to control near the pool. During our time, some other guests too used the pool, we wondered why they kept the slots for… the staffs to whom we seek help regarding route, nearby attractions, food, had absolutely no idea about anything there. They were appointed for last 1.5 months and lacked training. If improved a bit, this property definitely demands a 5 star.

Accessibility to this hotel is very easy and the location is slightly away from the crowd making it less noisy and comfortable. Breakfast is served but they get food from outside. So inform in advance what you need. Ample parking space. You will get a better deal by calling their numbers than going for online agents. Make use if it. Having a restaurant inside would be a plus and make this hotel more convenient. A few improvement areas 1. Light up the frontage so that it's visible better. 2. Fix the ramp to entry for cars so that it won't hit the bottom for low ground clearance cars 3. Keep some freshener in lobby for a pleasant feel
