I stayed in ac double room. The experience was good and value for money. Only problem faced was some mosquitos and the matress was soft. Only issue was it put vertically so a gap was generating between two beds. If they put the bed horizontally, it will be better.

The room and washroom were very spacious. Really liked the them. A bath curtain in the washroom would have been good to prevent splashing of water to the remaining area. Food had to be ordered from nearby hotel whose menus are available in the room. The food was good too from those places. Only drawback i felt during my stay was, there only one other guest on the hotel while i was staying. The hotel therefore looked very isolated. Also the external lighting of the hotel during the night can be better

Hotel is good, buts its not in perinthalmanna as mentioned in portal, its 13 km away from town at melattur. So if you have work at perinthalmanna then its not the hotel i would recommend. If you are on a vacation and want to spend time in resort kind of setting then its a good place. Overall people at hotel are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean

Hotel rooms and bathrooms are well furnished. Breakfast is nice and freshly prepared. We had dosa and fresh fruits. However rooms are bang on the home highway road. There is sound proofing. So very noisy and difficult to sleep in night. You feel like you are on the road. Highway is hardly 5 metres away and no noise insulation. Hotel rooms and bathrooms are well furnished. The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.

I must mention the name of mr vishnu who really cares for the guests. Next time when i travel to that location, i wont even think of a second choice

A good hotel close to shopping area in nilambur. Big room with enough space for three people. Toiletries provided but tea coffee maker is missing. Centralised sir conditioning and good view of the town. Food is good and the staff are very friendly.

PPengguna TetamuIt is a budget property and do not expect luxury. It is on the nilambur ooty road but about 6 km away from nilambur town. The amenities do not include a bar. This is a wrong information in mm t description which is to be corrected. Breakfast is limited to either two poori or one plate of idlies and one cup of tea or coffee. Any thing more or any thing else will be charged and it is much higher than that for similar items in the area. They kept a used water bottle in the room but they changed it promptly when asked for a new bottle. They keep toiletries for only one person in a double room and even a single towel. Altogother i feel the present ratings of this hotel is a bit exaggeration.

Accessibility to this hotel is very easy and the location is slightly away from the crowd making it less noisy and comfortable. Breakfast is served but they get food from outside. So inform in advance what you need. Ample parking space. You will get a better deal by calling their numbers than going for online agents. Make use if it. Having a restaurant inside would be a plus and make this hotel more convenient. A few improvement areas 1. Light up the frontage so that it's visible better. 2. Fix the ramp to entry for cars so that it won't hit the bottom for low ground clearance cars 3. Keep some freshener in lobby for a pleasant feel
