Misserable hotel,owner and managers only getting money,no good sservice, Ac not working, Break fast very bad, Dirty bed, no dental kit, No soap, horrible place, Staff not friendly, no transport, cockraoch on bed,dirty place no view,

Food was best and the service was really good... Good food with very nice location amazing view from restaurant service staff are also good I love the view from the restaurant I strongly recommend for all ...

The hotel's refusal to accept USD as payment was highly inconvenient and should have been communicated beforehand. Upon entering the room, I was met with another disappointment. It was poorly lit, creating an uncomfortable and gloomy atmosphere. To make matters worse, the bathroom lacked basic toiletries such as soap and dental kits, and the towels provided were old and worn out. The excessive noise from the floor lobby made it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep. The hotel's failure to address this issue showed a lack of concern for guest comfort. During checkout, when I inquired about the missing toiletries, the receptionist informed me that I should have called the reception to request them. This response was completely unacceptable. It is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that basic amenities are readily available, and guests should not be expected to remind them to provide such necessities. This lack of accountability left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Overall, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the refusal to accept USD to the long check-in process, dark room, lack of toiletries, and noise disturbance, it was a series of letdowns. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations.

An older hotel relatively newly renovated. 3 star hotel, at high price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast - continental - is simple, but OK.

Average Hotel OK service. I came for a business trip where i stayed for around 14 nights. Cost wise , hotel is fine abd the service is also OK. But if you ask about maintenance, it is not that great. Mostly rooms near washrooms have leakage. Also, even though we stayed for 14 nights. Still they did not add sports channel even after multiple requests and that too during FIFA World Cup. So, little disappointing. Few good things about hotel location is that, it is very near to Rasfanu beach and near few good restaurants.

Good location, overall pleasant hotel (relatively), as expected from 3star hotel in Male. The breakfast was next to nothing, just 2 fried eggs and coffe with spme bread.

We unfortunately had to quarantine while in the Maldives. They put us in this hotel and it was AWFUL. The room smelled like mold and had Rats in the walls. The room was very dirty. It's supposed to be a quarantine hotel for covid positive or people in close contact with a covid positive. They let everyone mingle and had buffet style meals. The staff, including the owner, didn't wear masks. We were told meals would be brought up to our room but we had to argue with them every time to get the food delivered. We didn't want to eat buffet style and increase our chances of testing positive. The food was AWFUL. The owner said we could order anything off the menu and it was included in the price we were forced to pay. That was a lie. If it wasn't their buffet food they charged us for it. Every meal was a battle to get it delivered. The staff was incredibly rude. The Maldives government says unvaccinated travelers need to quarantine for 14 days, the hotel let them out after 4 days. They did a covid test that wasn't real.... then let us leave before we got the results. It was all a joke and a ripoff. Do everything you can to avoid this hotel. Way overpriced, dirty and rude. They obviously don't care about the safety of people.

They accepted online booking but denied stay coz they were getting clients at higher price n theydint wanted to entertain clients with online Booking coz of low rate booking.. they literally said cancel online and do from us at three times the price .
