This is the first hotel I am given a bad comment. I would like to share the experience when I am staying there. I have booked the hotel for four night. At my second night there. Someone went to my room and took some Money from my wallet ( My door was locked) when I am out for dinner. After I found out my Money was missing. I called the manager and telled him about it. Ask him to check the cctv and find out who entered to my room. Later he send one staff to my room and asked me what happen. Which doesn't speak English well.After around 40 minutes I called him again. He telled me that he checked with his staff. He entered to my room to give a towel while I am out for dinner. And said I have requested the towel.( which I never did) and told me the staff was very nice and never get any complaints before. After this the staff come to knock my door again. I didn't want to open for him. And I didn't get any other information at that night. I have write to the manager I would like to check out early in the morning. This make me feel not safe to stay there. What I get is only " they are sorry that I feel in this way. Will refund me the money for last two night " through WhatsApp. No any other action was taken by the hotel. In the morning when I am checking out I ask for the manager or owner number. And try to contact with him. He is just explaining the policy and tell me how nice is this staff in past three years. For what happened in this hotel ruined my trip and I will NEVER recommend this hotel to other. And the hotel team are not take any action to show that they care about the customers.
