The room is “okay” for the price. They have a tv in room for nothing, no connection to channels; a very small tv in fact. The shower room gets flooded with water when taking a shower. Room service is not there at all, you have to ask them to change linen, clean your room or clear the dustbin etc etc.. here is the worst part of this place. The service of the staff is real bad, no smile on the faces, no greetings like good morning or good afternoon, the downstairs restaurant staffs are very rude, i have witnessed 2 days other customers being treated unprofessionally. The service staffs have no passion whatsoever. They just doing their for money i guess, the management here really need to look at their service staff and train them properly, not a slightest smile on their faces while they serve you, i took 2 breakfast downstairs, even after breakfast i said thank you no reaction to their dull faces. Overall poor experience, not coming back for sure, anyone whos reading this review i am not recommending this place at all as you can get way better places in hulhu male for the same prices, management of Express Inn if you see this review please train your staffs to be more professional and passionate about their work.

We appreciate the booking was moved different i day due COVID, it was helpful. 🙏 Early checking was available, but needed to pay (it's a good option). Room was good,cleaning on for (your eyes) but when you touch the places dusty, not as aspect from hotel, on time (pandemic) like this, so I did clean by myself too. Restaurant was poor, food choices didn't have an option, breakfast only normal breakfast & no sausage. Order sandwich but not available for three days only I found they don’t have stock make the food & Price we paid food was not worth, my friend ask chili don’t have (it’s a basic ingredients ). Room was big, the lighting was ok, and the water speed in shower room was good. But when you ON don't disturb the sign I thought no will knock the door to clean the room, but it happens. But it’s ok, so I can get a fresh clean towel & Water. Landline was not working. I work in the hotel industry for long I aspecting service we get good also. We enjoy our privacy we both thanks.

My favourite food corner. Great hospitality and great food. Beautiful designs (spend a lot of time watching the ceiling - incredible). View of the Iconic Mosque, Carnival square and the airport in a distance. Their whole mallet fish is a must try. A great tiramisu on the menu, great to finish off .

It was an unplanned trip. ..saw the brochure during breakfast at Turquoise Residence by UI… We really never regret booking that day tour… The experience with the welcoming tour guide was spectacular! Meeting new people from around the world and making friends… We’re indeed thankful for all the amazing crew of UI Tour especially Madam Nikky and Mr. Jaren. This facilities is a home away from home.. Very neatly organized accommodations for your pleasure, this facilities is very close to all locations you will love to visit.. They also provide pick up and drop off services

Disaster experience we ever had in hulhumale compare to other hotels very poor attentiveness and - air condition was not working properly even after complain no one put effort solve this matter- paid 80 usd and slept under the noice fan.
