Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Malé

The restaurants and buffet are OVERPRICED if you do not have an inclusive package... and the portions are rather small...the only restaurants that were worth it are the celebrity chef ones i.e. Ministry of Crab (the best) The view and overall resort / facilities is good and well maintained . The best part about the experience is the STAFF ... Hats of to all of them for carrying the weight of the rest of the resort's shortcomings. They are all friendly and helpful ... I had an amazing time with my boyfriend in SAii Lagoon, everyone there was so kind and lovely! They treated us like family and we felt so welcomed. During check-in I met “Jack”, he is so friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Also he speaks fluent mandarin and English which is a plus for Chinese tourists who struggles with English. At the restaurant/pool bar “Mr. Tom Yam” we’ve met some amazing staffs there, always happy to see us and they served us with the most delicious cocktails and food! We were always so happy to see “Eli & Sam”, they gave us the best suggestions when we couldn’t decide on what to get, you won’t be disappointed for sure whether is food or drinks! They knew what we wanted before even telling them which was a plus! And behind the bar you have the best mixologist called “Joseph” he made us AMAZING cocktails I swear is one of the BEST ones I’ve ever tasted so far! They would always greet and smile. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who wants to go there. Before leaving I met “Tharaka” she was so lovely, kind and helpful! Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional! Will be back to this place soon! Lovely new hotel! Very fashionable design and clean. I can see the stingray sometimes nearby my villa. Better to choose ocean room instead of lagoon as it faces male and it’s quiet bright at night

Feel wonderful and very enjoyed the vacation, and the spa is amazing!!!!

as the most expensive hotel in male it could have been better. we travel every year to maldives so was expecting much better. yes, the room was much bigger than our usual room but it was so dirty. one towel had dried stains on it and there was only 1 pair of slippers. the bed sheets didnt look changed as it was all creased up and there was dust every where as if someone just left and it hadnt been cleaned yet. For the price of HKD2500 i expected it clean at least. Breakfast was ok but the service of the chef and staff there were excellent. thankfully the free transfer there and back to the airport the next day was seamless. I would give it another chance for improvement next year.

The hotel near the airport. Very nice and helpful personal. The food at the resort is different style. Front desk and people at the airport very kind. Very good is you have to stay for transit.

距離馬累機場感覺挺近的，坐上出租車過一個橋，然後穿梭在小巷子裏，總共差不多10-15分鐘到達。 老闆是個德國人，久居馬爾代夫十多年。在到達日的前兩天，老闆Thomas就開始通過郵件和我們聯絡，包括幾點到達，多少行李，幾個人等等。到達當日出關后Thomas的員工已經在酒店門口舉牌子接客（我的預定裏有免費接送服務）。到達他的小酒店之前他就站在門口迎接我們了。十分的客氣和貼心。如果你溝通需要沒問題的話，老闆Thomas會給你很多在島上出行的小tips,比如換多少當地幣合適，當地有什麼法規等等。 很重要的一點，這家酒店應該是馬累島上最好吃的泰國餐廳了。很正宗得益於老闆thomas應該在泰國有些故事，具體什麼沒有八卦。親自吃了一頓，老闆會有推薦並親自服務。不用點太多。 第二天我們去上度假島，在馬累島上住在這個酒店一天也是很愉快的一天，酒店往前走可以買到泳鏡，衣服，鞋子等需要的物品，很方便。 穆斯林國家，酒和煙禁止，可詢問老闆。

出行前看見馬累過渡酒店問題嚴重，踩坑的很多，所以特別注意選擇，烏**酒店距離機場不遠，打車7美元到達（可事先聯繫酒店免費接機），酒店安靜衞生，沒有明顯的異味（你到了馬累就知道什麼是這個異味了～難以忍受的“香味”）服務態度很好！！！第二天早上離開時是酒店幫忙叫的車並付款了車費！（去的時候我們自己打車過去的）。 總之，推薦選擇作為過渡酒店
