Great clean property that went above and beyond when it came to cleaning and friendliness to its patrons. We flew around the world and they made us feel very welcomed. Just know you won’t know what’s all inclusive until you get there and it’s not all inclusive but it’s still worth the price in my Opinion especially if you don’t want premium liquor. Don’t use the mini bar, it’s pointless and they charge you a lot of money for the same product if you get it free with all inclusive at the different outlets around the facility

I had an amazing time with my boyfriend in SAii Lagoon, everyone there was so kind and lovely! They treated us like family and we felt so welcomed. During check-in I met “Jack”, he is so friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Also he speaks fluent mandarin and English which is a plus for Chinese tourists who struggles with English. At the restaurant/pool bar “Mr. Tom Yam” we’ve met some amazing staffs there, always happy to see us and they served us with the most delicious cocktails and food! We were always so happy to see “Eli & Sam”, they gave us the best suggestions when we couldn’t decide on what to get, you won’t be disappointed for sure whether is food or drinks! They knew what we wanted before even telling them which was a plus! And behind the bar you have the best mixologist called “Joseph” he made us AMAZING cocktails I swear is one of the BEST ones I’ve ever tasted so far! They would always greet and smile. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who wants to go there. Before leaving I met “Tharaka” she was so lovely, kind and helpful! Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional! Will be back to this place soon! Perfect!!! Butler Ahsan is best. He was so kind and nice. All the staff were kind and the facilities were excellent. I really want to go again next year on vacation. After checking out, I was touched by the kind handling of the airport movement, airport procedures, luggage movement, and farewell greetings.

What other hotel in the world gives you a Bon Voyage cake for breakfast on the day of checking out? Admittedly I'd been staying there for nearly 3 weeks, but when the cake turned up with the kitchen staff in tow it was a surprising culmination to 3 weeks of excellent service, tasty food, and comfortable sleeping. The hotel is very conveniently located within 5 minutes' walk of the ferry from the airport. Or you can take the hotel’s car, but why would you not take a boat in the Maldives? There’s a choice of restaurants, breakfast with just about every choice you could wish for, and a small gym. There’s also a pool next to the roof-top restaurant with the best view in the Indian Ocean. Most people probably spend only a day or two in Male, but if you’re looking for somewhere very pleasant to spend that time, Hotel Jen should be at the top of your list.

Cozy hotel with nice and clean hotel lobby. Receptionist are all very friendly and helpful. Requested for late check out as our flight are at night time. Receptionist are friendly to allow us with airport transfer too. Thanks for the help.

距離馬累機場感覺挺近的，坐上出租車過一個橋，然後穿梭在小巷子裏，總共差不多10-15分鐘到達。 老闆是個德國人，久居馬爾代夫十多年。在到達日的前兩天，老闆Thomas就開始通過郵件和我們聯絡，包括幾點到達，多少行李，幾個人等等。到達當日出關后Thomas的員工已經在酒店門口舉牌子接客（我的預定裏有免費接送服務）。到達他的小酒店之前他就站在門口迎接我們了。十分的客氣和貼心。如果你溝通需要沒問題的話，老闆Thomas會給你很多在島上出行的小tips,比如換多少當地幣合適，當地有什麼法規等等。 很重要的一點，這家酒店應該是馬累島上最好吃的泰國餐廳了。很正宗得益於老闆thomas應該在泰國有些故事，具體什麼沒有八卦。親自吃了一頓，老闆會有推薦並親自服務。不用點太多。 第二天我們去上度假島，在馬累島上住在這個酒店一天也是很愉快的一天，酒店往前走可以買到泳鏡，衣服，鞋子等需要的物品，很方便。 穆斯林國家，酒和煙禁止，可詢問老闆。

First of all they didn’t arrange anyone to pick us from airport and we had to go by ourselves and carry 4 luggage with a small kid ! And they said it’s trip’s app problem! Room very small and view to the another building’s window. Room had no slippers , soap , shampoo and other necessities, called them 4 times and asked , they said ok we will come and check but finally they didn’t until we checked out ! Price not match with the hotel’s quality Breakfast was ok restaurant’s food was great

It is old but good enough for us in a 1 night stay before transferring to the resort in Male.not much to complain. The service was good and they are very polite.
