Ulasan Moon Retreat by Sharjah Collection

Overall, Good new experience with nice mountain view especially at sunset! However, alot of fly insects especially at night gathered on the small spotlights and pool which is a bit disturbing!

We really had the best time in Moon retreat, it was our first time and definitely not the last. :) This glamping experience in this hotel was one of the best memories we have had so far. my kids were so delighted to experience the private plunge-pool. the ameneties were beyond to our exceptions, The reception was very friendly and the whole staff. we arrived early thou had the chance to check in 30minutes earlier than expected although there were fully booked. the location was sooo amazing. from the star gazing at night and movie night with the kids, the hotel arranged a hot chocolate and bonfire for the guests whilst watching and the very cosy set up under the stars were a plus almost slept outside thou... The next morning we had a very beautiful sunrise next to our tent, the mountains view and the landscape were so amazing. the tranquility and the nature, we went for a walk with my kids. and to be honest this place was an absolute retreat. Never had such an amazing feeling about Sharjah because it was our very first visit and we have never regret it. there were beautiful camping sites too. :) I really love the place, i hope the management and the team will keep it up. cant wait for our next stay in winter perhaps.

Amazing place with great experience

Everything was ok but i think they need to build a road because its hard to reach to the hotel by small car.

It is a lovely and quiet place to escape from the daily routine. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the stay was 10/10 overall. The only negative point for me was the access to the Moon Retreat because when you take the exit on the road, you have a 15- to 20-minute ride on a bumpy, rocky road.

沙漠酒店，空間大，2卧，卧室裏還各配一張大沙化，晚上可以叫酒店幫忙鋪床+枕頭被褥，可以兩邊各睡一個孩子。四個成人倆小孩也足夠空間。泳池下午水温有35度，很暖和可游泳。酒店沒有電吹風要自備。進去酒店前可以自備一點小零食，晚上和早餐衹能讓酒店送餐。晚餐是燒烤，早餐是麪包牛奶橙汁，煎蛋要自己在燒烤爐上自己煎。晚上睡覺還是會有點風吹帳篷的聲音，但也是可以接受範圍。另外，可在酒店預約沙漠沖沙活動，幫預約外部的越野車和司機，挺好玩的。（最後一張照片可參考）

My boyfriend surprised me for our anniversary with a stay in this retreat. First of all, thank you Arslan and Hasnat for making our experience unforgettable. They even printed our picture to put in the suit, such a cute gesture! The place was clean and neat, if we needed anything it was just a message away. We took our food to cook in the barbecue and they would light it up for us and give us clean utensils every time we used it. At night we had the possibility to enjoy the bon fire, they gave us corn and marshmallows, we also enjoyed local music and was able to see through a telescope if we desired, (not really very visible) but made the experience enjoyful. We stayed in one of the tents with the pool, the water was really hot, but if you ask, they can adjust the temperature, keep in mind it does take a long time, so be mindful of this when booking and requesting to cool the water before going. Howeverrrrrr, at night the temperature went down and the warm water of the pool was just amazing. There is also an opportunity to hike to see the sunrise, downside it was at 5:30 am so of course i missed it haha, they did told me the hike is almost an hour but completely worth it. Next time we go, we definitely do it ! No complaints whatsoever, the stay was fantastic!

It was our first glamping experience and we couldn’t have chosen a better place than Moon Retreat. The location is amazing and it is surrounded by mountains. We stayed in the moon dome with temperature-controlled pool. Our accommodation was air-conditioned and there was fully equipped bathroom with shower and basic toiletries. It was a unique experience and we enjoyed our memorable stay at Moon Retreat.

Visiting with my friend amazing place the feeling full of peaceful and quite . The atmosphere wonderful deserts and mountains . The hospitality all the staff Helpful . The food great and clean place . I would to thank to all staff especially Sultan , Arslan and security . I recommend to visiting this place a great weekend I had .

This is a nice concept, but execution in terms of service falls far off the 5 star price they charge. On booking on their website the graphic for booking a tent is a dome structure. Not what you actually get. They encourage you to bring and cook your own food, and the grill is nice, but there are no proper cooking utensils apart from a grill set. The breakfast set they bring is of low quality in general. More worthy of a 2 star place. Shakshuka is just canned tomatos, cereals are basic Kellogg fare, etc. In the evening there is a buffet grill. While the quality of meat is ok, little else lives up to the 325aed price tag. Stargazing, which is supposed to be a highlight, is not possible due to the camp having bright lights everywhere. There is one telescope, but the gentleman helping to look through it hasn’t the most basic understanding of what can be viewed except the moon, which he is loath to let the guest point away from lest he needs to have to exert effort find (the moon) again. Don’t count on your Discovery status to be worth anything. They don’t honour it.

The place is so nice, everything was nice except the flies and bugs. After checkin we feel disappointed because the issues we are facing but thanks to Mr hasnat he make our stay memorable he bring cake and celebrate my husband birthday and arrange bonfire😊We will come back if flies will not be there😁

I visited Moon retreat last December with a bunch of school friends and honestly this was more than what we expected. We booked the 2-bedroom tent which came with a lovely pool. The place was so calm with star gazing expecting at the night. Overall we really loved the experience and hats off UAE for bringing such wonderful places.
