Hotel berhampiran Crown Prince Shopping Center, Malmo

The room's heating system was malfunctioning. No phones in the rooms. A leak in the bathroom. The next morning when the tranquility of my stay was shattered by the deafening noise of renovation work. It felt as though the ceiling was being torn apart. Making it impossible to rest or even concentrate. When I contacted reception from my mobile phone ( no phones in the room) to voice my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and a claim that there had been prior notice of the renovation work. However, this was not the case, as I had not been informed, and the noise level was beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. As someone who suffers from migraines, the loud noise exacerbated my condition and caused significant distress. Upon checking out, I discovered that a notice about the renovation work had been placed in the reception area. This underhanded tactic further compounded my frustration, as it felt like an attempt to shift blame rather than acknowledge the hotel's responsibility for the disturbance. Overall, my experience at the Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House was deeply disappointing. Despite its promising location, the lack of communication, maintenance issues, and disruptive renovation work overshadowed any positives. I urge potential guests to reconsider staying at this hotel until they address these significant shortcomings and prioritize the comfort and well-being of their patrons. Dit hotel ligt op een soort industrieterrein, ca. 1,5km buiten het centrum. Bushalte ligt precies voor het hotel met zeer regelmatige vertrektijden richting centrum. Het hotel stelt echter teleur. Erg warm binnen, zonder airco of climate control. Balie personeel niet heel behulpzaam met upgrades en verkeerde uitleg over openbaar vervoer. Het lijkt alsof ze geen interesse in hun gasten hebben. Geen koelkastje op de kamer en 2 aparte bedden ipv queensize bed. Ontbijt is prima, maar diner is niet beschikbaar in het weekend. Wat een afknapper en gemiste kans. Veel verbaasde gasten. Nee, dit hotel is z'n 4-sterren zeker niet waard. 3 sterren maximaal maar meer ook niet. Dit hotel zal deze gast helaas niet meer terug zien.

The room was a bit basic, that's sort of regular Scandinavian hotel standard. But we had everything we needed for a short stay. Location was impossible to beat. It was a few minutes away from every place we wanted to visit. No free parking, but that was the rule for all hotels in the area. There was however a huge parking lot right across the street. Breakfast was good. Not the fanciest, but a good selection, good quality, and even sugar-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free options. The only bad thing was the coffee. It tasted burnt. There was nice mild background music and cute and funny details in the decor. Overall a good experience.

這是一間有歷史有故事的酒店，位置很好後面就是市政廣場，附近也有超市餐廳髮廊，但各人認為不適合帶嬰幼兒及輪椅人士前往入住，正門要爬一層樓梯才到前台古老電梯很小無法容納輪椅，或是大一點的嬰兒推車，上了樓還要轉乘電梯，抬過幾個台階，帶嬰兒推車的我門預訂兩天後再也不敢續住，如果沒有以上問題的朋友很適合來懷舊看看馬爾默古蹟般的建築

Very good location, just 5 mins walk from central station. Very convinient and modern hotel. Good breakfast selection too. Probably certain staff's service can be improved, otherwise all good.

Very near to Central station. Very friendly and Helpful receptionist, Mehmet. Was assigned a room getting the direct summer sun and there is no air-conditioning in all the rooms!! Paid extra and changed to their largest and best room but was still stuffy and warm. Mehmet gave us 2 tiny portable fans that helped a bit. Breakfast is good. 24h coffee and tea that you can just hello yourself to at the dining area. Furniture was old and dated. A few design issues that caused a couple of mishaps. Cabinet over toilet sink that leaves you no room to bend over and knocks on heads from the dining table light.

Amazing stay with huge room, service is good and the proce is super reasonable

Two of us spent a week at UNITY Malmö and used it as a base for exploring the city, the surrounding area and Copenhagen. Positives: Everything is brand new, stylish and very organised. A lot of thought has clearly gone into things. Wi-Fi super fast, but frustratingly prone to drop outs. Gym is just about big enough for a decent work out. Negatives: The studio room was organised with a good amount of storage but just a little bit small and cramped. The kitchen was cramped. There’s a space for everything but nowhere for things to go if you actually want to use it! No clear recycling policy. They don’t provide you with kitchen paper, a kitchen towel or washing-up liquid. There’s a small dishwasher but it’s a bit OTT to use it after each time you cook. You have to use a very noisy extractor if you cook to avoid setting off the fire/smoke alarms. They could use some clearer instructions for new arrivals - eg you need up lift the bed up to find the second duvet; some of the cupboards look like blank panels but are push-open. Bed is too small for two people. The biggest negative is the location. It’s not good. Inconvenient, out of the centre (take the bus or walk for 30 mins) and nowhere near anything you might want/need.

الفندق نظيف جدا والتعامل جدا رائع وكان السعر مناسب والفطور كان جيد جدا ينقصه فقط تطوير الفطور الذي يحتاج الى تنويع اكثر. اكيد كلما كانت لي زياره الى لوند او مالمو سوف احجز هنا لانه مريح فعلا. مواقف السيارات متوفره في الفندق. عندي ملاحظه اذا الفندق يوفر مثلا باص صغير للسنتروم او الى مالمو مرتين باليوم سوف يكسب زبائن اكثر لانه يقع على بعد قليلا من السنتر وهناك عوائل تسافر الى لوند فقط في القطار لهذا تختار فندق قريب من السنتروم لكن لو توفر باص خاص للفندق باوقات ستاتي عوائل اكثر.

This new hotel is directly on the tram line from Lund Central to ESS, hence very practical for visiting the numerous R&D places along this line. It is modern, staff is friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast is overall good, though coffee is terrible and you have to pay extra for proper espresso. There is a small gym decently equipped. Unfortunately instead of a good spinning bike, there is some weird thing with moving arms, making serious training impossible.
