The hotel is in the center of the city, everything is very close, you can easily walk to each and every destination worth visiting when first time in the city. Very close to Central Station and airport bus, so its easy to go everywhere you desire. Very good hotel service, quick check-in as well as check-out, excellent breakfast, all day coffee and tea, good room and I lovely sauna! Taking all into account excellent deal!

Yer olarak oldukça güzel ama otelin dışı biraz eski. Odada buzdolabı yok, asansöre kart basılınca alt katlara inemiyorsun sadece zemin ve 1.kat yemek bölümüne inebiliyorsun. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve güzel. Fiyat olarak Kopenhag dan daha uygun ama Malmö sakin bir şehir Kopenhag gibi değil. Odada Kahve ve çay olmasına rağmen su koyulmamış, fiyat ve performans olarak yeri ve kahvaltısı için kalınır

The location is very strategic, require a walk about 10min from the Malmo central station. The hotel also very near to the shopping street. The breakfast is very good, they serve delicious swedish cheese, salami and liver paste. The room doesn't come with air conditioner, its quite stuffy , need to open windows for ventilation. Can hear people talking on and car racing on the street at midnight

Dit hotel ligt op een soort industrieterrein, ca. 1,5km buiten het centrum. Bushalte ligt precies voor het hotel met zeer regelmatige vertrektijden richting centrum. Het hotel stelt echter teleur. Erg warm binnen, zonder airco of climate control. Balie personeel niet heel behulpzaam met upgrades en verkeerde uitleg over openbaar vervoer. Het lijkt alsof ze geen interesse in hun gasten hebben. Geen koelkastje op de kamer en 2 aparte bedden ipv queensize bed. Ontbijt is prima, maar diner is niet beschikbaar in het weekend. Wat een afknapper en gemiste kans. Veel verbaasde gasten. Nee, dit hotel is z'n 4-sterren zeker niet waard. 3 sterren maximaal maar meer ook niet. Dit hotel zal deze gast helaas niet meer terug zien.

A very basic hotel that genuinely provides everything you need, but was overpriced for its basic services. Room is comfortable and not small at all. Mattresses on beds were not comfortable. I was there for a week and my room was organized only once, which was very weird to me. I don’t expect house cleaning on a daily basis with change of everything, but I do expect that house cleaning will make sure to check the room at lease once a day and it did not happen. Breakfast is nice, even if basic. For a lower price it could be ok.

Even though the facility seemed nothing to write home about the hotel itself was very efficent and well planned. Cozy but a bit cramped reception area with a decent bar but the rooms were great. Clean and tidy and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Recommended!

Stayed here recently and loved the location—right next to the old town, bars, and restaurants, so everything was within walking distance. The hotel felt really safe, and the rooms were spacious with a comfy bed. Breakfast was great, and I had a good time at the English pub next door. Definitely a solid choice if you want to be in the heart of it all!

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Das Frühstück war auch vielfältig und gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist total positiv aufgefallen und war jedes Mal total freundlich und immer hilfsbereit !

The room's heating system was malfunctioning. No phones in the rooms. A leak in the bathroom. The next morning when the tranquility of my stay was shattered by the deafening noise of renovation work. It felt as though the ceiling was being torn apart. Making it impossible to rest or even concentrate. When I contacted reception from my mobile phone ( no phones in the room) to voice my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and a claim that there had been prior notice of the renovation work. However, this was not the case, as I had not been informed, and the noise level was beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. As someone who suffers from migraines, the loud noise exacerbated my condition and caused significant distress. Upon checking out, I discovered that a notice about the renovation work had been placed in the reception area. This underhanded tactic further compounded my frustration, as it felt like an attempt to shift blame rather than acknowledge the hotel's responsibility for the disturbance. Overall, my experience at the Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House was deeply disappointing. Despite its promising location, the lack of communication, maintenance issues, and disruptive renovation work overshadowed any positives. I urge potential guests to reconsider staying at this hotel until they address these significant shortcomings and prioritize the comfort and well-being of their patrons.
