First room had cockroaches, AC not working well, bathroom sink was draining extremely slow, so we asked for a new room & they gave us/upgraded us to a new room(which was pleasantly big & spacious) but the bathroom drain in that one was also very clogged & the shower didn’t work(no water would come out); so called front desk & they sent staff to unclog the bathroom drain with toilet plunger(they unfortunately didn’t remove our stuff on bathroom countertop which the guy using the toilet plunger splashed water on our things & when the dirty shower(dirty & old faucet, handles, partially clogged shower head, etc.) actually worked, there was no warm water(a common problem at hotels in Indonesia to be fair). Stained bedsheets, walls coming apart & moldy, Very slow drainage for shower Poor internet connection Only pro is cheap price to stay at(although I wouldn’t recommend) & friendly hotel staff

Secara keseluruhan, ini tidak mengapa, kerana setiap kali saya melawat Manado, hotel ini adalah tempat kegemaran saya untuk menginap. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa perkara yang kurang dari segi layanan terutamanya layanan penyambut tetamu lelaki yang dilihat tidak begitu mesra dan kurang sopan kepada tetamunya.

Hotel ini sangat bagus, perkhidmatannya bersemangat, dan saya pergi untuk aktiviti perniagaan. Lokasi sangat baik. Ia sangat mudah untuk pergi ke pusat membeli-belah, jeti, tepi laut dan Jalan Durian.

The room where I stayed was spacious and clean, unfortunately the view from the balcony was terrible and there was only one chair, not even a sofa (for a not exactly cheap deluxe room it's really too little). There is no hairdryer in the bathroom and if you want it they give it to you on time. The staff is helpful and well trained and the restaurant service is impeccable. The worst thing is that it is marked as a non-smoking hotel, you sign that you cannot smoke, but then in reality they smoke. So for those like me who are allergic to smoke stay away from this place. Location far from the centre, very small car park and not sufficient for the capacity of the hotel.
