Property is at very good location, views are very beautiful, staff is very good in nature very quick response on each requirment. I also liked the food served here. Cleanliness is also perfect. Overall very satisfying and excellent experience i have here.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel rooms are good and its well connected to mall road, only issue which i faced is the exhaust fan of washroom is operated by room service it doesn't have switch for it in room, if you are travel-ling with toddler be prepared in advance for food or milk they don't provide room service after 10pm and for getting hotwater for bathing and handwash you need to keep water running for 5 mins to get hot water (so much wastage) of fresh water, food is excellent you won't find food like them in whole manali.

Hill river resort's proximity to mall road is unbeatable! we could easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. The resort itself was a peaceful oasis amid-st the bustling town. It was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

Services are good, rooms are also cozy, but they have very few rooms which have good views. Also they have a terrace view which is also good. If someone opt to stay here look for family suites which is on the top with balcony. No other rooms (deluxe and super deluxe) have balcony. This is not mentioned while booking rooms as in pictures, all rooms are shown with balcony Even-though we booked super delux room with valley view but we got side building view which was not good.
