The hotel needs much better cleanliness, and the luggage delivery service is very slow as there is only one staff member handling it. Some door handles need maintenance, and the carpet on the floor is worn out and should be replaced. I will not repeat this experience.

We stayed here for the 3rd Asian Youth Games. We booked a room with breakfast, and it was awesome. Room is made everyday, in general, excellent service. Though we have not tried it, they have a gym with a small pool. They also have a massage and spa on site. It would be nice if they have a shuttle that operated to/from airport though uber service is easy to use.

In the hotel, there was a very bad smell coming from the carpet, and the room also had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The carpet in the hotel needs to be replaced because it is extremely unpleasant and disturbing.

Good value for money, however the rooms are with the same furniture for around 10 years, first time I booked in Ibis seef was around 2015 and till today it is exactly the same room decor and furniture, even the TV is extremely old and just 32 inchs. however it is very clean, Location is perfect and service is good.

Mr. Hatem. The reception gentleman. Is the reason why I’m giving this good feedback . From welcoming me into the hotel with big smile , seamless check in , nice room selection , until I checked out he was so caring , welcoming , kind and very friendly . The rest is regular as every Accor hotel . Thumbs up for the whole team.
