I feel comfortable to write a glaring review of this particular location, being that it's located around fierce competition of other hotel names, and yet a proper amount of honor goes into the ”customer service” portion, just to begin the process of a single visit or stay-over. I've been to many hotels in my job's traveling capacity and localization (when long bookings are necessary), enough to indicate that a positive consistency is maintained when one has to get through whatever arrangement calls for a place away from home. This site is well managed, within a very excitable surrounding of commerce, so that's no small task, though one very necessary ingredient towards easing visitor anxiety--an inarguable aspect of consumerism. A nice premium choice of television selections; sanitized rooms that address residual pandemic concerns (still very important), and faithful security measures are always maintained. The people that work at this Red Roof are commonly impressive of their tasks and person-ability; I'm sure we're living in a time when such a decency is underappreciated, though nonetheless a high demand, whether apt discrepancy cares or not. The great people are Pri, Ronneen, Maria, Jean, José, Kimberlee, and a host of dutiful housekeepers that say little, yet smile alot. It's a good experience. ___Russ Gladden

Checked in early and room ac didn’t work. While I was glad to be able to check in early, the maintenance man told me that the air conditioning hadn’t worked in the room in a while. Why did they give me the room? I am a ambassador of level titanium lifetime elite member with Marriott. So then I went to the second room and the set up it is not what I would like however, the refrigerator in the room the gasket was warped it wouldn’t close properly, so the freezer section was all iced up and then it must’ve gone into defrost mode overnight because it was water all over the floor the next morning. They have the old style air-conditioning the one like the 70s hotels it’s in the window and there’s a ceiling fan the other door when the room underneath me or on the side of me turns on their ceiling fan the lamp that’s on the desk in the room, literally vibrates! There was no shower gel in the shower, and I had to pull very hard to get the shower to engage. It was obviously corroded in the shower didn’t come on all the way so I got a little bit of the water than the rest came out the spigot. Breakfast was great. The first day I was there second I was there it was something out of the frozen section. It was all disgusting. I ended up going to McDonald’s for breakfast, and it was definitely several steps above what they were serving. When I go back to that hotel no. The Wi-Fi was marginal. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice, but that doesn’t make up for this hotel which honestly I’ve stayed at better motel six hotels than this!

The Hampton Inn was one of the best hotels I've experienced in terms of comfort. It ticked almost every box to meet an excellent stay. The room was spotless, all amenities were stocked. The mattresses and linens felt brand new, crisp, and clean; and, finally a hotel that gets the pillows right! They weren't flat or too full, and there was a nice assortment of pillow lofts. They also seemed new. A fridge, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room was nice. The bathroom was updated, with hot water at a good pressure. To be super picky -- no safe in the room seemed like an oversight, and the towels were too thin for my liking. For the price and location, this hotel does it right! We did hear the train, which was VERY loud in the afternoon, but heard nothing during the night or morning. We were there on a weekend, so there could be a limited schedule?

Check in was easy. The location is great. It may be outdated but it´s clean and the beds are comfy. The resteraunt is open in the morning and from 4 pm. Very nice happy hour and shuttle to and from the airport. I only had to use it to the airport

Easy to register and check in online using Hilton App. Shuttle from IAD to hotel in Chantilly was quick and easy via coordination with front desk after landing. First time stay at a Home2 Suite…very, very impressed! Nice, airy entry/seating area/breakfast area, plus a firepit and seating area outside by entrance. Located in a quiet area with two options for meals adjacent to parkplatz. Suite was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Huge, modern walk in shower, plenty of towels. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great choices for warm breakfast. Hilton…you have a great team here in Chantilly! It has set a high standard…hope the Home2 in Cleveland will match tonight!

We booked here for a concert at George Mason University. It was very close and easy to get to the event. The breakfast is very good. Many choices: eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, a variety of dry cereal, fresh fruits, pastries, bagels, toast, waffles, coffee, tea, juices and milk and plenty of condiments. Easy to find places to eat close by. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

PPengguna TetamuThis time our stay was GREAT. Thanks to the General Manager Rod Jarrah and his wonderful team of workers we were nicely welcomed, the housekeeping lady named Zakia Khan whom we encountered in the hall heading to our room did such an excellent job that we even had an urge to tipp her right away instead of leaving the tips at check out point as we usually do. Everything about this stay was just perfect (except of the windows that not open, but of course it's not the hotel's fault but the dumb regulation of the ”corporate world”). So in conclusion I'd say it's a great place to stay for a reasonable price. We'll definitely be back every time when in the area.

PPengguna TetamuThe pillows and Bed were so comfortable the room was very clean. The front desk and cleaning ladies were very pleasant. The breakfast was very good lost of options. Will definitely recommend Best Western to friends and family. We will definitely be staying again.

PPengguna TetamuI feel comfortable to write a glaring review of this particular location, being that it's located around fierce competition of other hotel names, and yet a proper amount of honor goes into the ”customer service” portion, just to begin the process of a single visit or stay-over. I've been to many hotels in my job's traveling capacity and localization (when long bookings are necessary), enough to indicate that a positive consistency is maintained when one has to get through whatever arrangement calls for a place away from home. This site is well managed, within a very excitable surrounding of commerce, so that's no small task, though one very necessary ingredient towards easing visitor anxiety--an inarguable aspect of consumerism. A nice premium choice of television selections; sanitized rooms that address residual pandemic concerns (still very important), and faithful security measures are always maintained. The people that work at this Red Roof are commonly impressive of their tasks and person-ability; I'm sure we're living in a time when such a decency is underappreciated, though nonetheless a high demand, whether apt discrepancy cares or not. The great people are Pri, Ronneen, Maria, Jean, José, Kimberlee, and a host of dutiful housekeepers that say little, yet smile alot. It's a good experience. ___Russ Gladden
