This was our first proper family holiday with our 1 year old since covid and we loved every second of it. The Hotel is very luxurious in every way and the staff are all amazing always happy to help with a smile. They really go out of their way to make your holiday an enjoyable and comfortable one. The food and drinks were all top notch and there is something for everyone. We loved having lunch at the outside restaurant daily and the lil one enjoyed his (branded) ice cream each time we had lunch there.

03.07.2022 günü tatil budur firmasından ayarlamış olduğumun Antalya ilinde bulunan PEMAR BEACH RESORT otelde 04:00-05:00 sıralarında meydana gelen yangın olayı oldu. 502 nolu odada Öztürk ailesi olarak kalmakta idik. Eşimin iki yaşındaki çocuğumuza bakmak için kalktığında odanın sıcak olduğunu odada farklı bir duman olduğunu fark edip balkonu kapısını açıyor. Etrafta kara kara dumanları fark edince beni ve çocukları uyandırdı yangın var kalkın dedi. O sırada binada yangın çığlıkları atılarak diğer müşterileri kaldırmaya çalıştık. Çocuklarım bu çığlıkları duyunca ve yangını dumanı görünce korktular ve titremeye başladılar. Çocuklarımı ve eşimi alıp koridora çıktım. Oda kapısından çıkışta sağ tarafta merdivenlere doğru yöneldim o sırada yangın çıkış merdiveni uyarı ikaz siren sesi duymadım. Işıklı levha yoktu. Duman sensörü oda içinde varsa çalışmadı ve disardakilerde çalışmadı. İki kat aşağıya ailecek inmeye çalıştık duman çok fazla sardı ve boğulma tehlikesi yaşamaya baslayinca tekrar yukarı çıkarak odamizi bulduk. Balkona çıkarak yardım istedik. Odada bulunan banyoya yangında havlu islatilmasi ile ilgili almış olduğum ders aklıma geldi oda icerise girerek su açmaya çalıştım sularda kesikti kabus gibi bir gece oldu tekrar çocuklarımın ve eşimin yanına giderek odaya giren dumanın yönünü de kısmı olarak değiştirmek için hamam havlusunu çevirip iş perdesini dağıtmaya çalıştım o. Sırada yardim istemeye devam ettim oda numaramı söyledim yardıma gelsinler diye bir görevli geldi bizi uzun bir koridordan yangın. Merdivenine ulaştırdı ve aşağı inmemizi sağladı. Aşağı indikten sonra ambulans a giderek tıbbi muadelede bulundular aile fertlerinin hepsine dört kişi olarak oksijen tüpüne bağladılar. 112 personeli kimlik bilgilerini ve fotosunu çekti. Tansiyonum düşmesinden dolayı ellerime metanol dökerek koklattip tansiyonumun normal seviyeye çikmasini sağladı. Daha sonrası tatilbudur yetkileri 8:30 gibi otele geldi yetki kişi dokuz buçuk gibi anca geldi müşteri temsilcilerini arayıp çoluk çocuk mağdur olduğumuzu söyledik ama kayıt altına alındı döneceğiz dediler 22:00 da anca döndü yardımcı olacaklarını söylediler kendi imkan ve çabalarımıza bir otele yerleştik. Tatilbudurun alnastigi ve yangına maruz kalanlarin alınmış olduğu otele bu durumlar ile ilgili ilgili jandarma karakoluna gidip şikayetçi oldum . Ayrica saglik bakanligi truzim bakanlığı ve ilgili diğer yerlere Twitter aracılığı ile de wikayet ettim. Kalmış olduğum otelde yangından is olan kiyafetlerin yıkması için tatilbudur firmasını aradım bu saate kadar dönüş olmadı tek kıyafet ile tatili geçirmeye çalışıyorum yukarıda da sizlere iki yaşındaki cocugumun isli kiyafetini ve odamın banyosunun fotosunu koydum .yangından sonra yangına maruz kalmış otelin mutvagindan çıkan yiyecekleri dağıttılar videosu yukarinda mevcut . Bu durumda bizlerle geç ilgilenen tatilbudur ve otelin ihmal lerinden dolayı ikisinden de şikayetçi oldum daha dönüş yapmadilar Android için Outlook edinin

PPengguna Tanpa NamaOtel konumu itibariyle hem side antik kentine hem şehir merkezine çok yakın, bu durum görece küçük bir alana kurulu otelden dışarı çıkabilmeniz için iyi bir fırsat. Ayrıca kaliteli bir konaklama da sağlıyor. Side’nin en güzel tarafı sahili, o bakımdan otel içindeki havuz bana hitap etmiyor zaten çoğu yabancı turist ile dolu olan havuz kalabalık da.
Her gün plaj için temiz havlu imkanı sağlanıyor.
Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve ilgili. Ala carte restoranlar ise çok kaliteli.
Otel ile alakalı söyleyebileceğim küçük olumsuz yorumlar şunlar olabilir:
1- Restoranda içecek almak için garsonlara sipariş vermeniz gerekiyor, garsonların sayısı da epey fazla yani sipariş için geliyorlar yanınıza ancak bu durum dar alanda oldukça kalabalığa sebebiyet veriyor. Misafirlerin içeceklerini kendi de alabileceği bir sistem kurmaları yemek alanını rahatlatabilir.
2-Sahilde şemsiyeler güneşten tam koruma sağlamıyor, bu da güneşlenmekten çok güneşte yanmaya sebep oluyor, tenteler bu konuda her zaman daha iyi
3- Banyoda misafirlere özel diş macunu ya da diş fırçası konulmamış ayrıca saç kremi de yoktu (ancak şampuan ve duş jeli mevcut)

SSteven KuhnThis hotels is massive with at least three separate buildings and apartment buildings too. Food was ok for dinner, snack bats were good.
The general repair of the hotel was low: chipping paint in lobby, bubbled up wood on reception, broken trim in room, etc.
The big plus was the quiet pool for those who do not want screaming kids and loud music.
Not a fan of outside of the hotels, no restaurants or cafes to speak of, just shopping, which I understand: what’s the point when everything is all inclusive.
All in all a nice stay, premium alcohol was available and midnight to 3AM food.

Good morning, the owner of the hotel is very, very polite towards all the guests, he tries to help, I will try to advise and give hints at every step to make the guests feel like they are in a second home and around the hotel there are many nice things that are very important for a good rest in this hotel, check-in usually takes no longer. than 5 minutes is also very important because in most hotels it takes 15-20 minutes, no one is in a hurry, no one is in any tension, but here it takes quite quickly and efficiently. Secondly, if someone arrives by car, there is a closed parking lot where you can easily leave your car. without paying extra money for it, the third thing is in front of the hotel, opposite, there is a hairdressing salon called Salih and Fatma, you can go for a shave, you can go for your hair, you can go for other treatments, which I always use, when I come back to the hotel, the rooms and the entire hotel are in a nice designer style always very, very clean and tidy. Изначально бронировали номер стандарт с предоставлением доп. спального места (раскладушка), на ресепшене нам предложили номер с доплатой 20 долларов (разово), в котором двухспальная и односпальная кровати, с видом на море. Мы взяли его! Номера хорошие, чистые, единственный недостаток для кого-то, это маленькие душевые кабинки, но для нас это не было проблемой. В номерах производилась ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец, пляжные полотенца выдавали внизу и меняли тогда, когда вам нужно. От отеля до моря примерно 250 метров, при желании можно доехать на машинке, которая работала с утра и до вечера (примерно до 5 или 6 часов, точно не помню, чаще ходили пешком). Вход в море пологий, песчанный пляж, до глубины нужно хорошенько пройтись, что очень удобно с детьми! Лежаков всегда было достаточно, работал бар на пляже предоставляя напитки. Территория пляжа и лежаки ежедневно убирались, как правило вечером, когда уже немного людей и рано утром. Питание в отеле было отличное, очень вкусно и разнообразно. Много мяса (курица, индейка, говядина, баранина, свинина), рыба, свежие фрукты и овощи, салаты, горячие блюда и десерты. Голодным никто не останется. Даже если что-то заканчивалось, через несколько минут блюдо снова наполняли. В ресторане прекрасное обслуживание официантов, они забирали грязную посуду и по запросу приносили напитки. Отель ориентирован на иностранцев (примерно 50% немцы, 30% англичане и 20% русские), есть русскоговорящие администраторы (но не все) и официанты (несколько человек). Весь персонал отзывчивый, при необходимости предоставит то, что вам нужно. Для 4ки это очень хороший отель, мы бы с удовольствием поехали в него еще раз!

I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked.
Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time.
Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out.

Seyahatimiz uzun süreceği için mola vermek amacıyla 1gece konaklayalım diye girdik ama tek kelime ile muhteşem bir otel tertemiz otelin sahibi Elif hanım çok Güleryüzlü bizi iki çocukla görünce tesadüf boş olan suit odasını hiçbir ek ücret talep etmeden açtı! Buradan 5yıldızlı biryere geçeceğimiz halde vakit olsada birkaçgün kalsak diye düşünecek kadar güzel bulduk kesinlikle bundan sonraki tüm seyahatlerim de uğrayacağımdan eminim hiç düşünmeden gelin derim 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻valla benden 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

PPengguna TetamuDeğerli arkadaşlar; 15-22 Ağustos tarihleri arasında eşimle konakladık. Size tüm süreci anlatmak istiyorum. Öncelikle; Hem bu yorumu tamamen okuyun hem de Otelden kesinlikle uzak durun. 1- Vale sizi karşılamaz, çünkü vale yok. Valizleriniz resepsiyona kadar kimsenin umrunda değil. 2- Resepsiyon oteller tarihine geçer. Dökülüyor. Yırtık koltuklar, nahoş bir koku… 3- Çift olmamıza rağmen tek kişilik 2 yataklı bir oda önerdiler. Yatakların ikisi tamamen kırık neyse ki odamızı değiştirdiler. Lakin yeni odadan da fazla bir şey beklemeyin. Eski olduğu kadar eski. Yatak gıcır gıcır ötüyor. Perdeler yırtık, havlular sararmış. Duvarlar, zemin, klozet, duşa kabin pislikkkk içerisinde. Zorlarsanız gelip bir paspas atıyorlar. Ayrıca aşk yaşamak için gelen çiftler (balayı konsepti örneğin) o yatakla olmaz arkadaşlar. 4- iki havuzu var. Aqua çocuklar için. Havuzlar güzel çok büyük olmamakla birlikte tatmin edici. 5- Denize epey uzak; yürüyerek on dakika. Deniz kumu iyi, dalga çok, sığlıkta kocaman Kaya var. İdare eder diyelim. 6- Bu maddeyi barlar ve alkol için ayırıyorum; Genç emekçi kardeşlerim deli gibi çalışmasına rağmen; oturmuş bir düzen yok. Barmen aynı zamanda yemek servisine de çıkıyor. Barmen kim anlayamazsınız. Açılış kapanış saatlerini öyle belirlemişler ki o saatte ya yemekte ya havuzda ya da denizde olduğunuz için alkole erişiminiz imkansız. Şöyle plajda 10-17 saatleri arasında açıklar; sadece bira ve şarap var alkol olarak. Tekrar diyorum 10-17 arası. Ve bu barın mesafesinin diğerleriyle alakası yok. Restaurant bar sadece yemek saatlerinde açık; alkol olarak sadece bira-şarap. En kalitesizlerinden ülkedeki. Havuz bar ise; yerli tüm alkoller hemen hemen mevcut. Fakat 10-12, 14-19 ve akşam 21-23,30 saatleri arasında açık. Yani aslında sizin aktivitelerinizin olduğu. Örneğin bar akşam dokuzda açılıyor; animasyon gösterisidir başka yerde dokuzda başlıyor. Bazen; kola, buz vs yok diyorlar. (Not) Barlardan umudunuzu kesin. Hele biraya yaklaşmayın. Bu otel; oteller tarihine geçecek kadar berbat durumda. 7- Gelelim yemeklere; bu madde aynı zamanda sağlık bakanlığına; tarım bakanlığına; Antalya gıda il müdürlüğüne ihbar niteliğindedir; arkadaşlar kokudan yemek denilen şeyleri seçemezsiniz bile. 7 gün konakladık; beş ana öğünde aşağıda fotosunu paylaştığım iğrenç hazır hamburger köftesini verdiler. İğrenç; adını Serkan sandığım yemekhane sorumlusu beğenmiyorsanız beş yıldızlı otelde kalsaydınız dedi. Çocuklar seviyor otelin konsepti hamburger dedi. Hazır hamburger! Şu an mükemmel başka bir dört yıldızlı otelde konaklıyorum. Aynı fiyat mukayese kabul etmez. Tam olarak beş ana öğünde bu hamburgere mahkumsunuz. yemekler hazır; Adana hazır. Yumurtalar buz gibi. Kalanlar akşam meze rafında. Gıdalar hazır geliyor. Örneğin Adana kebap sandığınız ete benzer parça bu akşam çıktı; kalanlar yarın akşama aşağıda fotoda paylaştığım üzere köfte adı altında doğranarak servis ediliyor. Çeşitlilik felan hak getire. Мы обычно ездим или вначале сезона или в конце. Народу меньше и погода нас больше устраивает. В прошлом году были с 20 по 30 октября это в 2023 Погода была просто шикарная Ни одного дня не пропустили на пляже. Турки говорили что лето вернулось После 25 октября еще лучше стало Очень многие уехали Везде было очень свободно И на пляже мало народу И в ресторане мало народу И даже на улице вдоль магазинов мало народу Зато можно было очень хорошо торговаться с продавцами Основаной аргумент « Конец сезона» Очень здорово сэкономил. А отель 🏨 отличный Мы второй раз брали 2022 номер Практически как будто к себе на дачу в Турцию ездили
