Hotel berhampiran Taşkesiği, Manavgat

I don't know Turkish uses and customs, so I find it hard to express an objective opinion. Among the positives is the central location of the structure, the tranquility, the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. Among the critical points, breakfast is completely lacking in European foods, indeed for Italians it becomes a nightmare, lacking milk with a minimum of biscuits, croissants, pies and the like. Complicated even for Europeans as there is no type of cured meat. Lots of parsley, raw peppers and cheeses with local spices, Another critical issue is the language, in addition to the reception staff who spoke a little English, the rest of the staff only speaks Turkish, I only visited the SPA without going there, it seems equipped, but the pool is bigger than bathtub.

Fiyat uygunluğu nedeniyle, önyargıyla gittiğim otelden bu kadar memnun kalacağımı düşünmezdim.Animasyon ekibi harika otelde gün boyu etkinlikler, aktiviteler, havuz oyunları ve akşam şovları oluyor.Yiyecekler çeşitli ve lezzetli. Tatilimiz boyunca snack barı çok kullandık. Ayrıca bardaki arkadaşlarda çok ilgili. Genel olarak personel güler yüzlü. Oda konusunda bize yardımcı olan Resepsiyondaki Ersel beye, tatilimizi güzelleştiren ve bizi her daim eğlendiren Animasyon ekibinden Necipe ve tüm animasyon ekibine teşekkür ederim.

Merhabalar.. Oteli tercih edecekler için yorumumun faydalı olacağını düşünüyorum. Öve öve bitiremeyeceğim güleryüzlü,yardımcı olan, anlayışlı, anında dönüş aldığımız ,hiç bir şeyimizin eksik kalmadığı mükemmel ötesi bir personel kafilesi var;hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim elbet ama özellikle Halkla ilişkiler asistanı Işılsu Hanım’a; Bar Girl Zeynep Hanım’a,Bar Boy Eşref Bey’e,F&B Patenci Garson Eyüp Bey’e,F&B Garson Doğan Bey’e,F&B Şefi Ahmet Bey’e, Resepsiyonist Batuhan Bey’e özellikle ama özellikle teşekkür ederiz şimdiden kendimizi evimizde hissettik.Öncelikle personele teşekkür ettim çünkü gördüğüm olumsuzluklara kendilerinin dahil olmadığını ellerinden bişey gelmediğini gördük.Olumsuzlukların başında yabancı misafirlere biz Türklerden daha çok köyler verilmesi. Kendi paramızı kullanamıyoruz otelde bu beni çok üzdü .Türkçe müzik dinletemedik sadece bir tane çaldı. Biz birbirimizi bu kadar değersizleştirirsek kimse bizi değerli görmeyecek. Bu tatil beldelerimizin maalesef ki tamamında geçerliydi. Uğradığımız bütün duraklarda sorunlar yaşadık tanınmadık görünmedik..Otel odaları berbat kesinlikle böyle bir otele uygun değil en basit hostellerde ki oda ile bence aynı düzeyde,lobi ve bar yanlarında ki wc ler yol kenarında ki umumi wc tarzında temizliğe kesinlikle tek bi lafım yok ama herşey eski yapı kesinlikle yenilenmesi lazım.Odalarda halı yok bence berbat bi durum sahil kenarlarında ki günlük aparatlar tarzında olması çok yanlış.Personelin güler yüzü anlayışı sorun çözmeye çalışması telafi ediyor bi nebze ama yeterli değil çünkü kesin çözümler ; yetkililer tarafından yapılır.Şimdilik bu kadar tatilim bitince yeni yorum muhakkak ekleyeceğim.

Stayed here last week after having to leave another hotel close by which we had booked and was completely unsuitable. Luckily we found this hotel the morning of our check in, Lovely 3 storey small family run hotel, a 3 minute walk from side beach and 10 minute walk into Antique side as they call it, Our room was on the first floor over looking the road which was good for people watching, We were given a triple room, so one double snd a single which was a nice touch with balcony. Breakfast included but unfortunately no western breakfast so be prepared as everywhere serves cheese, bread, dip and boiled eggs, but still good quality and lots to eat if you wanted. Nice big rooms also. Couple things to note, we’re still in turkey as we our travelling and it seems shower heads are something that are a bug bearer of mine while here. Unfortunately Aura hotel had a water saving shower head installed which in theory is fantastic, however the mist was so strong it felt like it was taking my skin off. Twice a day it was a fight with that thing. Also room make up, always given fresh towels but bed sheets not changed, balcony ashtray never emptied and shower gel never replenished. We also had a few power cuts that lasted minimum of 4 hours, not the hotels fault but every bar, hotel and club on the beach front had power so frustrating our little stretch of road was out 2-3 times, Would 100% recommend this hotel to others wanting a nice clean hotel with a lovely family always there to welcome you.

Lovely small hotel situated in a quiet location, within walking distance of the town and beach bars. The staff are fantastic, exceptionally helpful and consistently go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. The rooms are comfortable, the Aircon quiet and the food varied and very tasty. The beach is a 5 min (free) bus ride and also great, particularly recommend having either a sweet or savoury wrap which is made to order. What a great week I had!
