Wilburton Inn

The Wilburton is simply the loveliest. The main house where I stayed is suffused with character, and the early mornings walking the grounds afforded mountain views for miles and the most perfect way to start the day. The owners are wonderful hosts and supremely helpful and accommodating. Can't recommend it enough.

Stayed for a beautiful wedding. Classic old charm, wonderful staff, Meesha is top notch hospitality. The lodging was comfortable and clean. Food was outstanding! Would definitely recommend for vacations, weddings and any special celebration of milestones.

A great venue for a DIY wedding! The location is great, super easy to get around town and out towards the Bennington area. The grounds are beautiful, the gardeners got the flowers looking perfect, the yard was verdant and nothing out of place. Inside, the place looked wonderful, with fresh paint, good temperature control, and the kitchen was amazing (the chef in our group was in awe). The house itself is beautiful, and our party of 30 fit more than comfortably. The living room never felt cramped despite always being full. And the ballroom easily fit a dance floor with all the guests, the tables and chairs, DJ, bar, and desserts, and was easily and quickly transformed from the gameroom it was when we arrived to a beautiful venue in only a few hours. For doing a wedding there, the staff provided great vendor recommendations (almost all of our vendors were mentioned in the vendor guide). The provided tables and chairs were exactly what we needed to make everything look right for a wedding. The team was responsive and easy to work with, and made sure we had everything we needed, whether that be extra tables or an earlier check in.

An absolutely enchanting experience beautiful grounds beautiful buildings..clean and comfortable.... My granddaughter's wedding was absolutely beautiful.. But above everything else was their wonderful staff.Meesha you are a doll.. And so are all the other people that work there.. Would love to go back sometime if you're looking for a great destination wedding.This is the place to go!

Dear TripAdvisor, Our family rented the Reunion House at the Wilburton Inn Manchester, VT for five days May 15 - 20 2024 WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE! Perfect for a family reunion! It is a large spacious house with two large tables in the dining room and large kitchen for family cooking. Has eight bedrooms and five bathrooms - sleeps 18 people. It was decorated very nicely - and was super clean! Everyone felt right at home. The family took walks on the large property and played badminton. They awoke every morning to singing birds and blooming flowers. Everything was green and beautiful and enchanting! Everyone relaxed and content. I recommend staying at the Wilburton Inn any month of the year as it is a special and magical place. Letitia Scordino

Had An amazing time here! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a family get-together. Loved the layout and the thoughtful touch of having games provided for us to play in the evenings. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting to relax and enjoy our vacation!

We stayed in the Reunion house with family from Washington, California, and Italy for a wedding we were attending. The house was amazing and provided two large dining tables for us to gather around and share a few meals together. The beds were all so comfortable and we slept so well even with the time difference. Each room was uniquely decorated and so welcoming. The grounds around the house were beautiful with trails to walk and sculptures throughout. The trees that lined the property were gorgeous and the green grass was beautiful. My family played badminton at the net on the field and used the equipment they had on site for us. Another bonus to the reunion house was the board games we could choose from. We were able to play as a large group at the table and at the large couch. It's a beautiful place all around!

This was a wonderful experience at The Wilburton Inn. The grounds are amazing, the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The Reunion House which was the building we stayed at is a perfect spot for a large family to stay at. We really recommend this wonderful experience. Don Scordino

We had a large gathering at the Reunion House on the weekend of our niece's wedding. Families came from California, Washington and Italy and all fit perfectly. The dining room and living room were spacious enough to easily hold us with room to spare. The kitchen was a tight fit if too many cooks were in the kitchen, but we learned to dance around each other easily. The bedrooms were wonderfully appointed and quite large. My family stayed in the downstairs rooms (2-5). One group was a family of four, so rooms 4 & 5 worked quite well for them with the shared bathroom. It was easy for us to share our bathroom with my son and his daughter, so that worked out well, too. The grounds at Wilburton Inn are a delight! We took many walks to see the art work and enjoy the lush green. Our last day we even had time to play badminton right outside our back door. A lovely time for everyone!
