We were a group of colleagues and partners having a college reunion after more than 50 years since graduation as teachers We had to change the date due to covid-19 effecting some attendees. Given the new date we also had to shorten the stay from 2 to one night at the new date. I was not given a refund for the cancelled dates unlike all the others. The dinner dish of fish and chips that many ordered was awful and my wife found it inedible. She told the wait staff at the time. Workmen commenced work before 8am on level two and the work noise reverberated through the floors above where we were. Totally unacceptable and uncaring for the guests Altogether the stay was unpleasant and I will avoid staying there in future.

During breakfast, there was a Southeast Asian-looking server. I politely waved to her, indicating that I needed assistance, but she completely ignored me. However, there was a server named Erika who was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were really welcoming and you get warm cookies on arrival. The room was spacious with a mini fridge and free bottled water included. The reception staff were quick to deal with any queries.

Sangat menyukai lokasi, kakitangan yang ramah, hakikat bahawa bilik saya mempunyai kipas dan reka bentuk lobi. Pasti akan mengesyorkan kepada rakan dan keluarga. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya tidak nikmati ialah kedua-dua bilik yang saya tinggalkan mempunyai tingkap yang agak kecil yang menjadikannya agak gelap walaupun pada hari-hari cerah tetapi ini tidak akan menjadi masalah jika anda menghabiskan hari di luar .

The hotel was not as advertised on the website. From the lobby/reception area to the corridor, the room could use deep cleaning. The reception area was small in space and looked like it was undergoing renovations. It felt like a motel. I've stayed in other premier inns around the UK and this was nowhere as nice as the others. We checked in on the 29th. We arrived at the hotel after 8 pm, checked the room and decided it was not for us. We then checked out minutes later. I proceeded downstairs, spoke with the receptionist and handed him the keys. He made it clear he could not assist with a refund and that I needed to call the head office (guest relations). He did not even make a note of anything. He did offer alternative rooms but the high tub was an issue for us and he confirmed this was in all the rooms. I called and spoke with guest relations the next day and they tried pushing me back to the hotel. Only because I was persistent in telling her I was sent to them she then proceeded to help further. She confirmed the hotel still had me checked in even though I had checked out the same night. She tried contacting the property to have me checked out but they did not pick up.

I went for my son’s graduation ceremony. The location is great. It has bus service just one minute walk outside To bus station. And bus ticket is 2 pounds for one. Very convenient. After ceremony ，we go for a meal ， first choice is Chinese food 。 China town is very close too. Three minutes walk from hotel. I definitely recommend to all my friends and I will use it again in the future. Good value for the price.

We stayed in an inner sanctum suite to celebrate my husbands birthday. The location was great, close by to everything. The suite had a lovely screen and TV, we went to lunch at six by nico, and then ended up cancelling our dinner reservation to enjoy room service in our suite instead! The only issue we had was that Netflix kept crashing but that's more an issue with the app! All toiletries were from the White Company and robe & slippers are provided in the cupboard. Alongside an umbrella to use during your stay which comes in handy in rainy Manchester!

The hotel is very near the Glasgow cathedral. We can walk to the viewpoint easley in the downtown. The breakfast was very rich and very good. But the hotel recommend 's car park Q parking was very difficult to drive to. If you use Google map, it will lead you to drive in the Bus lane. I drive 3 cycle but failure arrived to the entrance. It was our time to find the carpark. However, I found another carpark nearby, the price even more cheaper, it was only charged £10 for twenty four hours. The Q parking would need £16 a day.

房間布局合理，特大床很舒適，酒店服務也非常的棒，前台人員主動詢問並介紹當地路況，禮賓會幫泊車，看錯日期定了后一天的客房，前台管理人員還幫忙調整了訂單，入住感覺非常好，再續住了一晚。
