Lovely staff and very helpful Perfect location also Negative point : the TV was not smart, we couldn't cast

Had a great stay, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent and very convenient, as the hotel is just across the road from Manchester Piccadilly train station. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful, and even gave us recommendations on the Christmas markets that were ongoing in the city!

The 24hr service desk really helps. Staff are friendly and the hotel is immaculately clean. Good location near piccadilly station. Could have benefited from more wardrobe space in the room for 2 individuals. A bonus is the room has a socket for both UK and EU plugs.

Very close to the train station so quite loud. Bed was comfy. Weak water pressure in the shower

Could not recommend this hotel enough. Great staff with excellent customer service skills. Room was clean and modern. Excellent location for the 02 Apollo, picadilly station and some great places for drinks prior to and after the concert we attended.

The hotel is very good locations to do many things dinner,shopping, etc

No nonsense practical and clean standards hotel! Apart from sleeping on the platform, you couldn’t stay any closer to Manchester Piccadilly Station. The hotel has two entrances, one coming into the spacious and pleasant lobby and bar area, the other into the breakfast area. Ground floor is all open plan and has many amenities like an Uber taxi order stand. The rooms are designed in a compact useful space saving way. Coffee and tea are kept behind a cupboard that opens to a table. It’s the place to stay- when the train station is your priority.

Great room, comfortable mattress. The lobby was nice and stylishy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the train station. We checked out and left our luggage at the hotel, then picked it up later before heading back to the train station. It was so handy!

arrived there and collected the room key but my room is literally still cleaning, went back down to the front desk, and the staff told me the room is ready but it is clearly not the case. Therefore, we sat at the lobby for an hour. Which illustrates the lack of communication between hotel staff and poor customer service while waiting.

Convenient if you are arriving at the station. V easy access.

The price of the rooms is very decent, although lower prices exist on their own website. Room is very clean and is well-equipped, with some clever design implemented throughout the room.
