We had a great stay here. Excellent location for shopping and going out. The pool was also very nice bonus.

The hotel is ok but not worth without clean up if you stay less than 6nights. The reception guy said he will ask for a clean up service for us after 2nights but no show finally. What I said is if you stay for 2 nights is OK but after 3nights onwards will be a mess. I want to thanks Ella in the Embarkment restaurant and she is very professional. The only young girl make you feel welcome in the hotel.

Good location and large rooms, booked a 1bed apartment and it was very comfortable. Staff not the friendliest, but didn't have much of a reason to interac with themt as we had all we needed.

Nice place to stay, though i think the jacuzzi needs to be warmer. The same block across the road (city suites II) has a much better jacuzzi and even a sauna included. Id pay a bit more and book the building across. Though the apsrtment is nice clean spaciousness and has all facilities you might need for your stay, and more!

This hotel is not worth a 5-star hotel. The towels were not replaced daily and rubbish in the bin did not disposed. My door lock was defective and could not be locked automatically when we were out. I told the front desk staff but no action was taken . I was very disappointed with the service

Very bad experience. My first time experienced such a poor hotel so called themselves a 5 start hotel. I have had changing hotel room for 3 times during my 4 nights stay due to the Air conditioner is not working. Elevator not working. Restaurant suspend, no breakfast provide even you paid for it, they asked you to claim with the host. Bath tub is leaking water on the floor.

Good location, nice and helpful housekeeping staff

Room was well-designed, clean with modern branded appliances such as a Nespresso machine, Smeg washing machine-dryer, fridge-freezer. Lotsa storage space and spacious bathroom with rain shower. Quiet at night as well for a busy hotel in a popular area. The pool was lovely and hot tub was squeaky clean. Breakfast was table-service but you can pick anything from the menu and I highly recommend the eggs royale! Will defo stay here again when I’m back!

Room was spotless, staff were friendly, location of hotel is perfect. Sky on TV and Nespresso machine is a lovely addition. My partner and I both found the bed uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and lumpy and the mattress very firm. We found the Sofa more comfortable.

The room was clean and up to standard. Staff service was not that great. When I asked for an extra chair, staff declined and looked away to ignore that I was there. Very rude and unhelpful.

Great stay, reception staff very friendly. Is a £100 deposit to pay on arrival on top of your room price that i wasn’t aware of when booking but wasn’t too much of a problem as it was returned on checkout. Room really spacious, wasn’t the cleanest, food and stains under the sofa cushions, and what looked like a cigarette burn on the couch near the window. Only issue was breakfast, just not enough staff to cater for everyone. Half an hour for a cup of tea, an hour for food. So just be prepared for the wait. Was warned to book a time-slot on arrival which we did but that made no difference. Overall i would stay again, just put the issues down to it being the holidays and obvious staffing issues over this time

Perfect hotel clean and very nice staff but i wish that the breakfast was an open bufett not a menu. The washing machine will save you a lot of money

The hotel is very near the Glasgow cathedral. We can walk to the viewpoint easley in the downtown. The breakfast was very rich and very good. But the hotel recommend 's car park Q parking was very difficult to drive to. If you use Google map, it will lead you to drive in the Bus lane. I drive 3 cycle but failure arrived to the entrance. It was our time to find the carpark. However, I found another carpark nearby, the price even more cheaper, it was only charged £10 for twenty four hours. The Q parking would need £16 a day.
