We stayed in an inner sanctum suite to celebrate my husbands birthday. The location was great, close by to everything. The suite had a lovely screen and TV, we went to lunch at six by nico, and then ended up cancelling our dinner reservation to enjoy room service in our suite instead! The only issue we had was that Netflix kept crashing but that's more an issue with the app! All toiletries were from the White Company and robe & slippers are provided in the cupboard. Alongside an umbrella to use during your stay which comes in handy in rainy Manchester!

The hotel is very near the Glasgow cathedral. We can walk to the viewpoint easley in the downtown. The breakfast was very rich and very good. But the hotel recommend 's car park Q parking was very difficult to drive to. If you use Google map, it will lead you to drive in the Bus lane. I drive 3 cycle but failure arrived to the entrance. It was our time to find the carpark. However, I found another carpark nearby, the price even more cheaper, it was only charged £10 for twenty four hours. The Q parking would need £16 a day.

If first impressions are your thing, the Kimpton Clocktower will take your breath away. I arrived in the afternoon after a drive from Oxford, and from the moment the automatic doors opened in the lobby, I was amazed. The decor is beautiful and classic. Mixing an old world style with modern touches. I had a slight hiccup at the front desk since most hotels have become cashless. I’m thankful for the front desk manager that came over and gave me the customer service I expected from this hotel since the other attendant was quite cold and lacking the type of communication it takes to be at the front desk. Once that was settled I went to the room, which was stunning. It was spacious and they really spared no detail to make it feel luxurious. Not to mention it was extremely clean. The bathroom was spotless which is always the first place I look. The hotel is located quite central to everything. Restaurants and shops are at the doorstep, and it’s just a short walk to the city center. I would definitely stay in this hotel again…and you should too.

We only stayed for one night me and my partner, we arrived late and wanted to go out to eat. Great location, walking distance for everything you need from bars to restaurants from Brazilian to Thai food or British pub food. We pushed our luck being late and the man on reception was brilliant and his service was fantastic and recommended some lovely places. After a long day our room had everything we needed, walk in shower, robes, super king bed and room service. We skipped breakfast and booked the pool for 9am which is included and was just perfect, the reason for our stay was to do the tour of old Trafford and the hotel certainly made our trip more worth while.

Lokasi agak menyusahkan, jika tiada kereta persendirian, biasanya mengambil masa sejam untuk ke destinasi, melainkan Sale atau Altrincham. Hanya 20 minit wifi percuma setiap hari, sangat bermakna. Sangat sedikit restoran berdekatan, tetapi kedai serbaneka dengan 8 minit berjalan kaki boleh membantu. Kebersihan & kekemasan bilik hampir tidak ok. Sarapan pagi tidak buruk walaupun.

We were a group of colleagues and partners having a college reunion after more than 50 years since graduation as teachers We had to change the date due to covid-19 effecting some attendees. Given the new date we also had to shorten the stay from 2 to one night at the new date. I was not given a refund for the cancelled dates unlike all the others. The dinner dish of fish and chips that many ordered was awful and my wife found it inedible. She told the wait staff at the time. Workmen commenced work before 8am on level two and the work noise reverberated through the floors above where we were. Totally unacceptable and uncaring for the guests Altogether the stay was unpleasant and I will avoid staying there in future.

The hotel was not as advertised on the website. From the lobby/reception area to the corridor, the room could use deep cleaning. The reception area was small in space and looked like it was undergoing renovations. It felt like a motel. I've stayed in other premier inns around the UK and this was nowhere as nice as the others. We checked in on the 29th. We arrived at the hotel after 8 pm, checked the room and decided it was not for us. We then checked out minutes later. I proceeded downstairs, spoke with the receptionist and handed him the keys. He made it clear he could not assist with a refund and that I needed to call the head office (guest relations). He did not even make a note of anything. He did offer alternative rooms but the high tub was an issue for us and he confirmed this was in all the rooms. I called and spoke with guest relations the next day and they tried pushing me back to the hotel. Only because I was persistent in telling her I was sent to them she then proceeded to help further. She confirmed the hotel still had me checked in even though I had checked out the same night. She tried contacting the property to have me checked out but they did not pick up.

I went for my son’s graduation ceremony. The location is great. It has bus service just one minute walk outside To bus station. And bus ticket is 2 pounds for one. Very convenient. After ceremony ，we go for a meal ， first choice is Chinese food 。 China town is very close too. Three minutes walk from hotel. I definitely recommend to all my friends and I will use it again in the future. Good value for the price.

Room and bed amazing, bath OK.... tap in bathroom fell off .... would have liked more toiletries and a robe n slippers for the price of a nights stay. Wish I'd been warned about booking a pool slot , was really looking forward to a swim after such a long trip and didn't get one ..... as all booked up ..... I would also warn other people the pool is closed 6pm ish .... so no quiet late night swims .... staff were lovely bed was super comfy 😴

Arrived at 1pm as was going to leave my cases at hotel. However I was given a free early check-in as my room was already available. The staff member on the front desk was lovely, explained the city tax to me also. My room was perfect for a solo traveller, very clean, nice and quiet, there was a menu in the room for the bar next door which you can access from the hotel, they also do breakfast in the morning. All in all a very pleasant stay, and will stay again.

Conveniently located. A great location and in close distance from lots of attractions i.e China Town, restaurants…shops etc. The ladies at the front desk when we checked in were lovely. The food was also pretty good.Had the buffalo wings and fries they were yum! Only issue we had was with the air conditioner/heating in the room. But generally we enjoyed our stay☺️☺️

平常很少寫這麼長的評價，但是因為這次的住宿體驗很棒也很難忘，所以想跟大家分享一下。 我們9月下旬(好像是24-27)在這裡住了4日3夜，check-in過程流暢，前台員工（Frankie）態度十分友善，得知我們為慶祝生日而特意選擇這酒店以後，更在生日當天為我們送上小驚喜跟生日卡，非常貼心，在此先說聲感謝。 房間跟酒店在應用程式上提供的照片一樣好，各種設計個人覺得很實用也合理。而景色則比想像中更美。房間一側可以看到日出，另一側剛好可以看到日落，景色如附圖，真的很感謝Frankie為我們安排了這樣的一個房間。對了，客廳跟房間的電視都可以播放手機的影片，我們很喜歡。 房間廚具齊備（出乎我意料之外），小小的雪櫃含冰格跟保鮮格，微波爐，電磁爐，多士爐，咖啡機，電熱水壺，還有洗碗機，使用感覺還不錯，就是除了廁所有一個垃圾桶以外，只有一個是位於下廚區域的洗手盆下方，每次扔垃圾都要打開櫃門才能拉出來，如果能在客廳多放一個小垃圾桶會方便很多。 其中一個讓我印象深刻的他們提供的洗浴用品，個人覺得非常好用，忍不住在這裡要提一下。 另外，酒店提供了免費吃到飽早餐，以歐式為主，Full English Breakfast/Yogurt/火腿/芝士/麵包再加飲料，味道不錯。 酒店附近有幾個付費停車場，價格跟距離有差別，建議開車的人可以先行在網路上搜尋一下。印象中，酒店門口也有巴士站，應該蠻方便的。我們嘗試走路到市中心，大約是三十分鐘的路程。

First time staying at a roomzzz hotel and was impressed. Check in was smooth and reception were friendly, were given a free room upgrade. The room itself was great, very spacious with lots of windows and living space. I had read some reviews saying the rooms were too warm but ours was cool on arrival and you can change the temp in the room if you wish. Location was fab, we were going to a gig at Old Trafford and just caught an uber from outside only took 5 mins. Approx ten minute walk to deansgate. In the morning we took advantage of the free grab and go breakfast, this was perfect for us as we're not full english breakfast lovers anyway, bonus for the unlimited hot drinks from the machine too. Overall had a lovely stay and will defintly return and look at other roomzzz locations in the future.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is spacious and clean. When you check in you have a choice or having a shower or a bath which is really lovely. The gym is large and well presented. The rooms have aircon which can be adjusted to your choice. The bar area is very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast is superb. Friendly reception. But when I came in the hotel, the security let me show him my booking page it makes me a little nervous as a solo female traveler at that night. Room do not have a lock even auto lock. There is a huge Taj Mahal pic on the wall in my room. Luckily it’s near china town as well as bus stop, so it’s convenient to everywhere.

I went for my son’s graduation ceremony. The location is great. It has bus service just one minute walk outside To bus station. And bus ticket is 2 pounds for one. Very convenient. After ceremony ，we go for a meal ， first choice is Chinese food 。 China town is very close too. Three minutes walk from hotel. I definitely recommend to all my friends and I will use it again in the future. Good value for the price.

Great location, the free bus stops right outside the hotel and the National Football Museum is just across the road. Great breakfast options and extremely friendly staff. The bathroom was extremely clean and included speakers. If you request anything the hotel will be sure to accommodate.

Me & my partner stayed at Manchester Victoria for our 1 year anniversary & we had the most memorable experience. We have previously stayed in Roomzzz & have never been let down by their friendly staff & well accommodated roomzzz. On arrival we were met by Elizabete who was really welcoming & bubbly. She had let us know that there was a surprise in our room as it was our anniversary. Our room was beautifully decorated with rose petals and some chocolates which are very grateful to the team for. We stayed for 2 nights & because we enjoyed it so much we went ahead and booked 1 more night over in Chester to complete our stay. Overall the Roomzzz team were kind & welcoming & very thoughtful. Thankyou for making our stay extra special. :)

Saya memilih hotel ini kerana terletak betul-betul di lapangan terbang. Saya berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api pada waktu petang dan menaiki bas ulang-alik percuma ke terminal pada waktu pagi (tetapi boleh berjalan). Kakitangan sangat menyenangkan dan ramah. Saya makan di Grill dan makanannya enak. Bilik itu bersih dan mengandungi semua yang saya perlukan.

Booked this hotel as there was a train strike the day of my flight. Also it's right next to the airport and slightly cheaper than Radissons inside the airport. However, there were no signs from the train station for the hotel. I ended walking around roundabouts I'm not supposed to be on! Turned out I should have walked inside the airport to get out nearer the hotel. Bit of a queue at check in, but ok otherwise. Room was comfy, with a settee. The coffee cups seem to leak- both of them! Would appear to be the material the cups were made of. Big soft towels were a delight. Separate bottles on the wall for shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Good shower, options of normal and rain shower in a big shower area. Check out was easy, I didn't pay for breakfast. I did a short run in the morning around the hotel car park! Needs must... Overall, I would recommend it, as long as you know how to walk to the hotel from the airport safely! I would recommend the hotel liaise with the airport about signage. If there were signs and I missed it, then they need to be prominent, including detailed directions on the website.

Conveniently located. A great location and in close distance from lots of attractions i.e China Town, restaurants…shops etc. The ladies at the front desk when we checked in were lovely. The food was also pretty good.Had the buffalo wings and fries they were yum! Only issue we had was with the air conditioner/heating in the room. But generally we enjoyed our stay☺️☺️

Zimmer war recht Sauber (Föhn,Handtuch,Shampoo,Fernseher) war im Zimmer mit ausgestattet.Wlan war sehr schlecht,Während dem Aufenthalt haben wir nur Mobile Daten genutzt.Bett war nicht wirklich bequem,Kissen waren sehr dünn.Ein Stuhl war im Zimmer den haben wir aber nicht benutzt da er schon sehr abgenutzt war der Stoff kam an den Seiten raus und er war dreckig.Im Flur lagen Pizza Kartons und gestunken hat es auch.
