Hotel 3 Bintang di Manchester

We were a group of colleagues and partners having a college reunion after more than 50 years since graduation as teachers We had to change the date due to covid-19 effecting some attendees. Given the new date we also had to shorten the stay from 2 to one night at the new date. I was not given a refund for the cancelled dates unlike all the others. The dinner dish of fish and chips that many ordered was awful and my wife found it inedible. She told the wait staff at the time. Workmen commenced work before 8am on level two and the work noise reverberated through the floors above where we were. Totally unacceptable and uncaring for the guests Altogether the stay was unpleasant and I will avoid staying there in future.

The hotel was not as advertised on the website. From the lobby/reception area to the corridor, the room could use deep cleaning. The reception area was small in space and looked like it was undergoing renovations. It felt like a motel. I've stayed in other premier inns around the UK and this was nowhere as nice as the others. We checked in on the 29th. We arrived at the hotel after 8 pm, checked the room and decided it was not for us. We then checked out minutes later. I proceeded downstairs, spoke with the receptionist and handed him the keys. He made it clear he could not assist with a refund and that I needed to call the head office (guest relations). He did not even make a note of anything. He did offer alternative rooms but the high tub was an issue for us and he confirmed this was in all the rooms. I called and spoke with guest relations the next day and they tried pushing me back to the hotel. Only because I was persistent in telling her I was sent to them she then proceeded to help further. She confirmed the hotel still had me checked in even though I had checked out the same night. She tried contacting the property to have me checked out but they did not pick up.

I went for my son’s graduation ceremony. The location is great. It has bus service just one minute walk outside To bus station. And bus ticket is 2 pounds for one. Very convenient. After ceremony ，we go for a meal ， first choice is Chinese food 。 China town is very close too. Three minutes walk from hotel. I definitely recommend to all my friends and I will use it again in the future. Good value for the price.

Arrived at 1pm as was going to leave my cases at hotel. However I was given a free early check-in as my room was already available. The staff member on the front desk was lovely, explained the city tax to me also. My room was perfect for a solo traveller, very clean, nice and quiet, there was a menu in the room for the bar next door which you can access from the hotel, they also do breakfast in the morning. All in all a very pleasant stay, and will stay again.

Good location for a night out in Manchester. Close walking distance to Canal street. Normal Ibis standard. Friendly staff. Secured paid parking opposite the hotel. Good value for the money. Will stay again.

I have been staying in sacha hotel couple of times recently,it’s a really clean hotel,showers are super clean ,location is in the heart of the city pretty much everything is around you ,there is no need to go really far if you are a traveler like me and you don’t know the area very much you don’t need to worry because everything you really need is just walking distance,customer service is really average here, their answer is most of the time no and they keep saying sorry but No,very annoying,as a customer you should be always right because after all we are spending our money on the them and you are hoping they would understand,I,but that changed for me until I came across an absolute gentleman at the front desk his name is Mike ,please if you Visit this hotel look him up,his is a star,his customer service is skills are absolutely top notch,he is really fast you don’t need to stay to long at the front desk he does all the paperwork in quick seconds his polite professional he makes you feel welcome ,I can’t thank him enough,he made my stay worth ,he is an absolute star,thank you Mike for you professional customer service,

Great little hotel. The hotel is quite basic but clean and has everything you need (comfy firm bed, good sized shower and tea and coffee facilities in the room. We had the breakfast too which is served in the sister hotel Novotel (just next door) and this was great, everything you need from tasty coffee, cooked buffet breakfast, bread items, cereals, fruit and yoghurt and the staff in the restaurant are super helpful and friendly. Overall a great overnight stay and would return.

Very nice place. Near to Oxford Train... Which means to go to Manchester Airport is very convenient. Alot of Halal shops along the street. Great service. Paid for the value. Thank you very much. .

First impression on walking in very nice relaxed atmosphere , there were a few teething problems on checking in there was a new receptionist but a senior member observed and help solve and I was given a complimentary drink token in the way af apology which was a nice touch . The hotel is situated 10 mins walk from Piccadilly train station and vey central. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was enough around . We got back late and found the bar area pretty full . The drink was expensive but with the amount of staff around and the service this was expected . The overnight sleep was trouble free no noise bed comfortable and linen very clean . I have been travailing to Manchester for 30 years and have stayed in many hotels I have to say that for the price is by far the best I’ve stayed in Thank you for making me feel so well-come I will be defiantly be staying there again .
