Hotel berhampiran The Manchester College, Manchester

Thank you for the sofa bed for my son (13year old) when we check in, it is comfortable. And we can late check out, very nicely. The toilet were clean. I am first time to visited the holiday inn hotel in Manchester , it is a good experience for me. i will come again.

Love the hotel! They even let me check in early around 11am! Felt so thankful as we are really tired from the flight day before . Great hotel with great breakfast selection! The bed is also super comfortable, clean and spacious! Tram is only few minutes away super convenient.

Pros:Clean, stylish interior, excellent customer service, smellis good in all areas, shops nearby, big rooms for UK standard. Con: Not much options for buffet breakfast. Highly recommend !

Location is the best ; just next to the Piccadilly station. Spacious room ; comfy ! Very good ventilation and air conditioned! Quiet room! Unfortunately my room was on the first floor so passes-by could see us through the windows if we didn’t use the curtain. Some stains were found on towels, in the bed sheets and on the dining table; luggage storage after check out needed a small fee in the storage room on the fifth floor; In spite of these I will still come again when I need to get back to Manchester :-)

Kakitangan meja depan sangat baik dan memberi kami dua biskut ketika kami mendaftar masuk. Saya tidak tahu sama ada kerana perlawanan bola sepak menyebabkan harga yang kami tempah agak tinggi, tetapi ia berbaloi. Kopi kambing hitam di seberang hotel sangat sedap.

Excellent location, 3 mins walk from train station at Piccadilly. Gym is spacious and a good selection of equipment. Buffet is good, but is expensive at £17.50, one of the most expensive at any hotel I have stayed at. Rooms are spacious and have good air conditioning

I recently stayed at the Britannia Hotel in Manchester and wanted to share my thoughts. Location: The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s super accessible to all forms of transport, whether you’re arriving by train, bus, or tram. It’s right in the city center, so you can easily explore Manchester without much hassle. Parking: The parking arrangement is convenient if you’re driving, especially with free parking between 8 pm and 8 am. Outside of those hours, you’ll need to pay, so keep that in mind if you’re staying for longer stretches. Hotel Condition: This is where the hotel shows its age. The building is very old, and while it has some charm, it could definitely use an upgrade. You can feel the wear and tear in the common areas and some of the rooms. Rooms: The rooms are a mixed bag. The basic rooms are just that—basic. They’re not particularly comfortable, and if you’re picky about where you sleep, you might feel underwhelmed. However, if you go for one of the upgraded rooms, the experience is much better. Those rooms feel cleaner and more inviting. Breakfast: Breakfast is a solid deal at just £9. It’s not a luxury spread, but it gets the job done. You’ll find the usual options for a budget-friendly hotel breakfast. Staff: The staff are a highlight of the hotel. They’re very kind and helpful, making you feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Value for Money: Overall, this is a budget-friendly hotel, so you do get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a central location and don’t mind the dated vibe, it works. However, if comfort and modern amenities are a priority, you might want to explore other

When we got to the hotel they couldn't find our booking and said it had been cancelled, they sorted it out straight away though, upgraded our room for free and got housekeeping to come and split the beds for us within 5 mins of us getting to our room, due to the misunderstanding. We tried the restaurant for food and it was very disappointing. The chicken was bland and watery, the fries were way oversalted and the pasta was OK, but the veggies just weren't tasty, so disappointed. The breakfast though more than made up for it though, there was a great selection and if you wanted scrambled eggs or something special they made it for you.

Everything was perfect for our family trip. Room looks stylish and with nice city view. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was simple but with high quality. Next time if I am travelling to Manchester again, I will definitely return!

The concierge was particularly helpful in providing recommendations and assisting with reservations. Amenities: 4/5 The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa, and a rooftop pool with stunning city views. The on-site restaurant serves a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options. However, room service was a bit slow during peak hours. Room: 3.5/5 The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with modern furnishings and a cozy bed. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with high-quality toiletries. However, the soundproofing could be improved, as I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Value for Money: 4/5 Considering its prime location and the quality of services and amenities, the Grandview Hotel offers good value for money. While it may be on the pricier side, the overall experience justifies the cost.
