Ulasan Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua

The staff are accomodating and excellent customer service, it was sparkling clean also

The hotel room is clean and neat! We rented a premium suite and they even have a kitchen utensils, rice cooker and induction stove we can use for preparing food. The staffs were also accomodating and they even followed my special request which is to prepare a birthday surprise for my wife and a baby crib. They gave us a complimentary cake and some themed balloons that works well with the room interior. Overall it was a fun and relaxing experience i'd give it a 5/5 👌

We really enjoyed our stay here in novotel suites. Rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is good. Staff were courteous and helpful. Kids are very enjoy in the swimming pool and kid corner. They even gave us. complimentary slice of cake for my baby girl graduation😊 Definitely we will book again here. Thanks novotel suites

Everything went well very clean rooms but the swimming pool is small and super crowded (full of kids ) thanks a lot for your kindness 🌷

The New Novotel expected to be clean due it is a new one. I found food and Services needed to improve a lot. Our family is dissatisfied with Buffet Breakfast where food is repeated many times and not happy with salty food such as beef. I am comparing buffet Breakfast from Kingsford Hotel and other Hotels our family have stayed for 4 weeks . Also on our last day I noticed a short of staff and also poor cleaning services on Dinning area . There are staff who are friendly but others seems not happy on what the job they are doing especially the lady who was requested to clean the table it is kind of turned off . She was cleaning the plates in front of everyone as I have not seen this on other hotel putting out scrap food in front of everyone. Aren't they suppose to take the plates and do this in the kitchen area ? 🤔

This hotel was great! Love the space and be view. Only issue was when I ordered from the cafe it took nearly 20-25 minutes to get a muffin although i told them i was in a hurry and wanted it to go. They called the supervisor to help with the order, then they had to get the manager and even then it took more time because they had no change.
