It has a great location location. It is very accessible to train station and malls. The bed was a bit hard, it made me uncomfortable. Great city view. They have complete toiletries.

The hotel is about 11 months old so still relatively new. I stayed two nights. The first night was in a smaller, standard room, in the front facing the road. The only problem was the traffic noise starting around 530 am. The next night I was in a larger room in the back and it was pretty nice, and mostly quiet. It had two beds, single and a queen, but its OK I like the extra space that came with the room. But it's a bit surprising. In a country where people, and usually hotel staff, are generally friendly and pleasant, the staff here didn't speak to me at all or even acknowledge me the entire time I was there. A few of the housekeepers did speak to me by the second day, but not the overall staff. Even when I checked out, both the receptionist and the manager just keep busy with whatever they were doing and didn't even look in my direction or say a word. OK but but that's a problem, because it's the hospitality business after all. The cafe is good and the food is exceptional. The location is a little far away from what I was used to in the city but manageable. Still overall it was a good stay, mostly because the rooms are super clean and new.

Location traffic is terrible but that may be everywhere. Stayed here a few times already and service always consistent and rooms comfortable. The only thing is the shower hot water is temperamental.

The Hotel is old already and need renovation. The receptionist is not accomodating. It is a good choice for budget type stay or if you are couple only i dont reccomend for family. There is NO INROOM DINE IN..No food services, our room smell cigarette very bad. . My kids ONLY enjoyed the Swimming pool. Pool is Cleaned.We have a kitchen in our room but unable to use it because there's no kitchenware .There is no bidet in the toilet.i suggest they put bidet in the toilet for the convenience of guests.Parking is not Free you have to pay 200 pesos for overnight. And also you have to pay for Incidental fee of 2000 pesos but its refundable upon checkout. We checkout early because i dont like our stay. Our room smell bad and suffocating. I dont reccomend staying here with the kids.

PPengguna TetamuWe have been going to Edsa Shangrila for family staycations for a long time now. It's our whole family's favorite quick getaway. We feel most comfortable and taken cared of at Edsa Shangrila. Our kids especially love swimming in the pool. We would like to give a special shout out to Sir Manny (lifeguard) for chatting with our 2 boys from time to time and for always keeping our kids safe while swimming. Thank you too to Sir Oteph Silvan, lifeguard for taking care of us. For my husband and I, we enjoy having drinks and peanuts at the Pool Bar made relaxing and easy with the impeccable service headed by Mavic and the whole Pool Bar team, Chef Anthony and Nikki! Of course, the whole stay won't be complete without experiencing dining at The Heat. We are most at home with our friends at Heat namely, Kap Mike Cifra, Angelica Banal, Stephen Manuel, Vergel Siason, and of course with Chef Anthony Catipay. Special shout out too to Luigi Bautista, Service Associate from guest service center who always took care of our Heat dining reservations and for the care he has has given us during our stay. Thank you too to Sheryl Meneses for her attention to details in keeping our rooms so clean and comfy. Edsa Shangrila is definitely a place we call home because of the great accommodations and the excellent service of people who work there that have become our good friends as well. We'll definitely be back because of them.

KKenDucsThe place was clean and had a pleasant smell, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. We booked for 4 people, and while some supplies like towels and blankets were initially missing, they were provided promptly upon request. The space itself was quite spacious, though the lack of a closet made it a bit challenging to keep our belongings organized without creating clutter.
The appliances were in great condition and appeared almost new, which was a positive touch. The bathroom was generally nice, although the sink could have been cleaner. A small downside was that the water heater only worked with the telephone shower, as it's the only one connected to the heater, not the overhead shower.
A standout feature was the smart door lock, which was easy to use and felt very modern.
Overall, our experience was good. However, there’s room for improvement, especially in providing better storage options, such as wall-mounted hangers or under-bed storage, to keep the place organized while maintaining its spaciousness. It would also be nice if both guests received the same blankets or comforters when booking for 4 people to ensure comfort during sleep :)

IILYAS_RGOur experience at this hostel was excellent. As two friends visiting from Morocco, we found the facilities to be exceptionally clean. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. We are certain that when we return to Manila, we will choose to stay at this hostel again. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the MRT, allowing easy exploration of Manila from the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThis is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

What I appreciated the most was the accessibility. It’s conveniently located near various dining options, so finding food was never a problem. Additionally, the location made it easy to commute to work and other nearby areas, which was a huge plus for my stay.
Overall, it’s an excellent choice for travelers on a budget who need a cozy and convenient place to stay in Mandaluyong. I would definitely recommend it and will consider staying here again in the future.

VVirgilio TiangcoThe hotel room is clean and neat! We rented a premium suite and they even have a kitchen utensils, rice cooker and induction stove we can use for preparing food. The staffs were also accomodating and they even followed my special request which is to prepare a birthday surprise for my wife and a baby crib. They gave us a complimentary cake and some themed balloons that works well with the room interior. Overall it was a fun and relaxing experience i'd give it a 5/5 👌

EELMAThe location is very nice since it's in front of SM Megamall so you can do shopping anytime. The rooms are like a condo with complete equipments for daily use. Very clean as well and the bedding are also very comfortable. The amenities, however, are quite old as it is an old building.
