It’s in the center of a few different attraction areas, so it worked well for me personally. Valentine’s Day is a drawback for solo travelers based only on the restaurants. This is because it is busy and with specials for two. I was at the steak restaurant which basically charged the same amount for less food with only a la cart as an option and no modification to get the items offered on the set menu. Regardless, staff at Twilight, Pool, Reception, and Door/Concierge all very helpful and kind. The rooms are a bit older but extremely clean and equipped. The views and seating areas are beautiful. Traffic in Cebu is pretty rough, but I stayed away from the NewTown because of the Valentine’s traffic. A tour guide for the day is suggested since there are so many directions to go. The hotel itself had the best value and amenities for the area.

Im quite disappointed with this hotel, even thinking on how did they cater last year's Binibinis here. Staffs are quite busy and won't cater to your needs eventhough it looks like we are less than 30 staying at this hotel the time I went here. Rooms arent clean i got rashes when i lay down the bed, I have to literally shake off the blanket and dust flew all over my nose. I was so thirsty upon my arrival and there were no free bottled water you have to go down and ask the receptionist for water and they will hand you a pitcher so you can bring it in your room. I poured the water onto their glass in my room and tasted dust immediately, thought it was clean and haven't rinsed it beforehand. Curtains were full of dust too. They serve breakfast for Php200, the next day i didn't order the breakfast and decided to eat outside I only ordered for a coffee and they handed me a Nescafé 3in1 sachet and charged me for Php50! Wow, So overpriced! funny is that you paid for Php50 but you heat your own water as they provide electric kettle in the lobby and mix that by yourself. Amazing isn't it. Only pros is that it is near 7 11 and Jollibee and has a spacious parking space. Aside from that will not recommend this to anyone. Hotel looks old and creepy.

The hotel is cozy, clean and the staffs are all very accommodating especially Denev and Rona of Front Desk! They are really kind and provided satisfactory service to the guest. Kudos to Rona who helped me to take photos, she so kind and helpful and always smiling which can lighter the ambiance and contribute a positive vibes.. A mentioned to Deneb as well who made my heart flatter with his accommodating voice and gesture especially during breakfast. I will definitely comeback on my next business trip next month!

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Just a few minutes ride to my destinations. Friendly and kind hotel staffs also. Budget friendly hotel. Looking forward staying here again on my next trip.

We had a late and delayed flight but grateful the van (free airport shuttle) waited for us. The lobby was simple & check-in was easy. Before going up to our room, they asked us to get the amenities we need (dental kits, shaving kits & combs). We stayed at the Twin C Room, it has a big ref, kitchen sink, tv, microwave, dining table & chairs & 2 big beds. The bathroom was like the ones in Japan, compact & small. There were no cabinets too. The beds were comfortable to sleep on & the ac was working well. Breakfast was served in what was like a cafeteria hall, it was supposed to be plated but it was served buffet style, breakfast menu was simple. It changes everyday. Location of the hotel is superb & convenient because its connected to J Centre Mall and there were pharmacies, banks, convenience stores & a spa nearby. Happy to have our massage there. The hotel was also beside the Skywater theme park but unfortunately it was indefinitely closed. Checkout was easy too. They allowed us to leave our luggage because we have a late flight, we just came back for it. We weren’t able to avail of the free shuttle going back to the airport because we weren’t able to book a day before (it’s not automatic even if they have your flight information), good thing we have relatives to bring us to the airport. Overall, price was reasonable and we had a nice & comfortable stay here.

It's my grandparent's first time hotel experience and they were happy. The room is clean, the bed is comfy. There was a shower heater which made my elders enjoy the bath. The staff are all accommodating as well. Even if it's just a night of stay, our overall experience is great! Thank you for the service.

I booked on the day a Standard Single Room but got the Twin Room. PROs It’s affordable compared to other hotels in the area. One ride to Pacific Mall, where the Department of Foreign Affairs is located. Taxis can be found in the area. It has a small TV, but it’s still quite cozy and does not feel creepy or scary. Water is available for PHP 1 per bottle. Towels are also provided. There is an affordable eatery opposite the pension house. Water is available for PHP 1 per bottle. Wi-Fi is unbelievably fast. CONS You’ll need to walk for a few minutes to get on the highway, I usually rode a taxi and a motorcycle taxi. It may be hard to find, but you can say near Jehovas Witness in F Cabahug - Mandaue. Since it’s near a church, expect prayers during midnight, morning, and afternoon - they are on speaker. The place and my room are quite old, and the bathroom is also old and a little bit smelly and dirty. I couldn’t find a grocery store by walking distance

Dubbed as a business hotel, it fell short of the basics. Highlights: 1. Friendly staff from the front to the back of the house 2. Good wifi connection Lowlights: 1. The phone is not working. If you need something, you need to go down to the front desk and tell them. Our room is on the 6th floor. 2. We stayed for a week, and no one cleaned our room or even collected the trash for 6 straight days. 3. Linens are stained and old 4. The room is for 2 people. We are 2 in the room. They are inconsistent in replenishing items in the room. They would only replenish for 1 person (towels, bottled water). 5. They do not replenish the coffee, creamer, and sugar every day. We only got our coffee on the first day. 6. The lobby and the hotel entrance is dingy and dark, most of the time there is no person in the front desk. 7. Kitchen/bar is closed. You cannot order anything, even a brewed coffee.
