Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan

Ini adalah tempat saya pergi ke tempat tinggal, apabila saya perlu pulang ke rumah ke Manhattan. Perkhidmatan mesra cepat semua yang saya pergi.

酒店離堪薩斯大學很近，有很大的停車場，同時泳池和沖浪池很好，能讓人放鬆。房間乾淨整潔。

Wed didn't like to pool and hot tub. (Needs updating and maintanence) Overall a nice place to stay.

The overnight staff was awesome and friendly. Mrs. Cynthia was incredible!! From the first day made us feel welcomed and always willing to assist. Day house keeping never cleaned our room but she was there that last night to provide clean towels and remove the trash from our room. So the tip I was leaving for the day staff was given to her! It meant a lot to us and it was so appreciated. Oh, the breakfast was also great!! Overall loved the stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. This time we stayed one night, Friday night into Saturday morning for a 4H/KSU event. It was a nice and quiet room. The food and restaurant was good. There was a party in an event room, near lobby, but it was quiet by 9:30-10 pm. Staff was helpful and kind. It could use some maintenance. In our room the toilet paper roll was held on by a small square 2x4, but wasn't attached well to the wall. The kids enjoyed the pool. But the swimming pool needed a simple cleaning. When no one was in pool and water was still, it seemed to have a film or a lot of hair in pool.

Found a roach in the bathroom and sounded like someone was drilling in the room next to us.

This is the Second time ive stayed at 4 points. The small snack area up front was a life saver when i arrived. There were Mac n cheese cups, ramen, and chef boyardee. However its the first time ive opted to utilize the pool and hot tub area with my family. It will be the last. The Hot tub was green and the jets would not work. There was a visable black ring around the pool. I do not think the pool has been maintenanced in quiet some time. There is also alot of interior construction/repairs going on so every day at 0700 everyone was awoken by the sounds of hammers and saws and drills. The bar in the evening was being run by a maintenence worker that had no idea how to make any drink at all so all you could get was a bottled beer. The gym would ve been nice but all the dumbells from 5 up to 45 had been stolen amd only the HEAVY weights were available. The rooms were very clean and all the appliances worked which is why they got a 3 instead of a 2. Over all this place Needs improvement for the price.

Used one of their suites for a Valentine's getaway. They allowed me to check in early to decorate, and the room was cleaned and ready to go. Would stay there again

Our wrestling club stayed over the weekend and the staff was awesome. We had a great time. Thank you for putting up with our large group. We would definitely stay there again.
